	Hi all.... Just a moan about how shoddy Kaspersky web site is.<br />
	Signing in via my main PC... Win 11 Pro 25H2 Fully patched... Using MS Edge .. latest version <br />
	Dont know how it works in other countries... but our Bank cards have an expiry date... and the card I use to pay for Kaspersky expires on 04/26.... and my subscription expires on 26th Apr 2026.. <br />
	So VERY tight... so I wanted to update it to avoid issues.<br />
	Signed into "My Kaspersky" and went to update the payment method.<br />
	1. Going directly to change payment method, it allows you change details.. but the "Save" button is missing on the screen... so you cant actually update it.<br />
	2. If you go to "info" about the payment method first, and THEN go to change details... you DO get the "Save" button at the bottom.<br />
	3. So I made the changes... it went through the process with my bank (i.e. I had to authorise a payment of £0.0 via my bank app).<br />
	4. then it came back with a red box with a cross (suggesting it had failed) saying the payment method was already present... and when I looked at payment details, it still showed the card expiry date of 04/26.<br />
	5. So... just to be sure... I logged out of "My Kaspersky" and logged back in.. and sure enough, payment details now showed the correct/updated expiry date.<br />

	So all in all... pretty bad experience..

	I'm suddenly having an issue accessing my VPN in the U.S. I know that the U.S. banned the sale of Kaspersky in the U.S. but I had already paid for 3 years on 5 devices.

<p>
	I would use the VPN to connect and get database updates, but now neither my android phone nor my windows 11 laptop will connect to VPN. Both say I don't have a subscription, but it comes with the Kaspersky Plus. Even my account page says it's unlimited and active. I've gone to the support page and filled out the form a week ago and gotten no response. I went today to Live Chat and am put into the AI chat that directs me to Live chat, Phone, and Email support. All three make me fill out a form but none take me to support. <br />

	Has Kaspersky stopped support for existing customers? Is there any way to actually get support?

	What should I do? I don't have any other email address. It's possible that I somehow entered that email that I want to update to. Should I sign out or delete the account? Will the license be lost if I delete the account?

	The VPN I think is very good in many respects but when connected I am unable to access local addresses i.e router config page (192.168.50.1 / asusrouter.com, printer server 192.168.0.205, tplinkwifi.net / 192.168.0.1). Printing also only works when adding the printer driver/software/proprietary manufacturers software to split tunnel. Using Windows printer driver you have no chance.

	Adding to ignored websites does not work and if I enter said IP (192.168.0.1) it resorts to 0.0.0.1??? Only way to connect to local is to disconnect the VPN.

	Under memory pressure, the app throws an <code>OutOfMemoryError</code>.<br />
	The stack trace suggests that a coroutine job is being completed after it has already finished, while additional threads are still being requested from <code>Dispatchers.IO (limitedParallelism)</code>.
</p>

	This results in a thread creation failure and the application crashes without user interaction.
</p>

	Hello,

<p>
	I used Kaspersky Standard for many years without any issues. However, after a recent Kaspersky app update, it started causing BSODs right at startup. If I uninstall Kaspersky, everything goes back to normal and the PC boots correctly.
</p>

<p>
	I’ve already tried deleting and reinstalling drivers, and updating them, but nothing fixes it except completely removing Kaspersky.
</p>

<p>
	The WhoCrashed app says the problem is related to KLFLT.sys.
</p>

<p>
	I’m using Windows 11 on an AMD system. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

	I'm hoping to get help from a moderator or senior support engineer,  as my current support ticket (INC000018253598) has not been resolved  satisfactorily.
</p>

<p>
	--- THE ISSUE ---
</p>

<p>
	I have a Kaspersky Plus subscription (5 devices, 1 year) purchased  through the App Store. The subscription was successfully renewed and payment was collected by Apple, but it has NOT been activated in my Kaspersky account. My subscription is now expired even though it has been paid.
</p>

<p>
	--- THIS IS THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW ---
</p>

<p>
	This exact same issue occurred last year. It was resolved under ticket INC000017369236 by engineer Emil Minnebaev, who provided an activation code that I manually added to My Kaspersky account. 
</p>

<p>
	The solution worked perfectly.
</p>

<p>
	This year, the same issue occurred again. I opened ticket INC000018253598, but the assigned engineer (Zarina Barieva) has offered two unsatisfactory solutions:
</p>

<p>
	1. Request a refund from Apple and repurchase — NOT acceptable,  as my current plan is no longer available in the App Store. I would lose my plan permanently.
</p>

<p>
	2. Purchase a new subscription via personalized links with double price <br />
	   — NOT acceptable, as this is double the price I currently pay.
</p>

<p>
	When I requested the same activation code solution that worked last year, I was told "that solution is no longer valid" — however, I found no official Kaspersky policy supporting this claim, and activation codes remain a documented method in Kaspersky's own support pages.
</p>

<p>
	--- WHAT I'M REQUESTING ---
</p>

<p>
	I am simply asking for an activation code to be issued for my already paid subscription, exactly as was done in ticket INC000017369236.
</p>

<p>
	I have full evidence of:<br />
	<span class="ipsEmoji">✅</span> Apple payment confirmation<br />
	<span class="ipsEmoji">✅</span> Subscription renewal in Turkish App Store<br />
	<span class="ipsEmoji">✅</span> Last year's resolution with activation code (INC000017369236)
</p>

<p>
	Could a moderator or senior engineer please review this case and <br />
	escalate ticket INC000018253598?
</p>
