	I need to acess my university web page (<span style="background-color:rgb(37,35,50);color:rgba(181,229,239,0.98);font-size:16px;">www.prograd.ufpr.br) and kaspersky wont let me. Says site is not trustworthy. If I ignore the message and click access anyways, it accesses the site but saying that it is under maintenance. I know for a fact it is not under maintenance because I can access it normally via cellphone.</span>
</p>

<p>
	<span style="background-color:rgb(37,35,50);color:rgba(181,229,239,0.98);font-size:16px;">Things ive tried:</span>
</p>

<ol>
	<li>
		<font><span style="font-size:16px;background-color:rgb(30,28,40);">Adding a exclusion for said site;</span></font>
	</li>
	<li>
		<font><span style="font-size:16px;background-color:rgb(30,28,40);">Completely disabling kaspersky (this still gives me a kaspersky error message, i dont know how);</span></font>
	</li>
	<li>
		<font><span style="font-size:16px;background-color:rgb(24,22,32);">Using other web browsers;</span></font>
	</li>
	<li>
		<font><span style="font-size:16px;background-color:rgb(24,22,32);">Resetting PC and router.</span></font>
	</li>
</ol>

<p>
	<font><span style="font-size:16px;background-color:rgb(24,22,32);">None worked. The only solution is completely uninstalling kaspersky.</span></font>
</p>

<p>
	<font><span style="font-size:16px;background-color:rgb(19,18,26);">If im now able to solve this problem I will be forced to find alternative anti-virus software since accessing said university site is essential for my wokflow.</span></font>

	I keep getting a notification that a link is being blocked on iOS. The notification comes up 3x in the matter of 10 minutes for the same link as well as happening multiple times a day. It has been doing this for the last 3 days in a row. It does not tell me or show me where to find it. I don’t know if its in a browser page on my or in an email or wherever. Any ideas what I can do to figure out where to find this link so I can remove it?

	Hello,
</p>

<p>
	Before I did a whole reset of my modem and my computer, I had my Mac and  iPhone both  connected to the modem. At that time, the smart home monitor was finding only the device it was searching from and the modem. For example, using my computer, it was finding only my computer and the modem.
</p>

<p>
	After I did a reset for both the modem and the computer, it is not finding anything even though<u> I refreshed it and it acknowledges my network</u>. 
</p>

<p>
	I have pretty much all the security setting setup on both my modem and the computer. And I'm wondering could anyone of these be the reason? 
</p>

<p>
	My question is: <strong>What could be the reasons of Smart Home Monitor not finding and listing the devices?</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Can I please get a list of possible reasons, and hopefully solutions ? 
</p>

	So, I am coming to the end of my years premium subscription, so I bought a renewal early... and to try and avoid the app nagging me (and the other 9 PC's that are on my 10 machine licence) I  added it to my subscriptions in the "my Kaspersky" online app.<br />
	It looked like it was going to behave sensibly.. as it said if I had an active sub... it would just hold the new sub and automatically start to use it when the current one runs out... GREAT.<br />
	HOWEVER.. <br />
	1. if I go into the app... it does not nag me (yet? I have 21 days to go)... but does have a "renew" button very prominant...which takes me to Kaspersky web site to buy more!!! WHY? if I have a new licence queued... it should just shut up?<br />
	2. With my licence I get "kaspersky safe kids"... I dont use it, I dont have kids... but in my subscriptions page... it shows as "active".. which is sort of OK (may be one of the other PC's has it active), HOWEVER, if its used... it should queue up the new sub to run when it expires.... but it does not... it seems to be using the new license as well as the old one (both are counting down days left).. <br />
	So its all a bit CRAP.... Anyone else seeing this? or anyone from Kaspersky who can comment... or may be even get it fixed?<br />

	When I had security concerns with my MacBook Pro the other day, I looked around the system a bit and came across something that seemed strange to me.

	I didn't find any information about it on the internet, so I would like to ask this question here.<br />
	Is this Delayed_starts.sh from Kaspersky or has someone tampered with my Mac? Since it says object from an unknown programmer. <br />
	When I press on the info on the by an unknown programmer appears a file from Kaspersky. Which I think is strange because the other Kaspersky applications are listed here.

	What is this and should I delete this file or is this needed? 
</p>

	<strong>1- </strong>We know that there is a way to manually update the <strong>Kaspersky </strong>database so that it can be updated manually, so far so good, now I wanted to know "How do I prevent the <strong>Kaspersky </strong>product version from being updated automatically?"<br />
	<strong>2- </strong>If there is any way to disable automatic updating of the <strong>Kaspersky </strong>version, could you provide a step-by-step guide?<br />
	<strong>3-</strong> I see that the vast majority of Antivirus products on the market have this option to update the product version when the customer wants to do so. Examples of antiviruses are <strong>AVAST, ESET, BITDEFENDER</strong> and others.<br />
	<strong>4-</strong> I see that other products on the market like Avast always launch a new version of their product every month. <strong>Kaspersky </strong>takes a long time to launch its products, why?<br />
	<strong>5-</strong> Could you tell us when <strong>Kaspersky </strong>releases new versions?

I worried he will able to gain access to my device once my device is registered under his account.

	(2) -Do I have to completely remove the current '<strong>Kaspersky Internet Security</strong>' antivirus before installing a new one?

	(3) -When purchasing the new '<strong>Kaspersky Standard/Premium</strong>' license, by entering the serial code in '<strong>Kaspersky Internet Security</strong>', will this new antivirus service will it be identified and be convert to the current antivirus, without requiring to uninstall my current protection?

	(4) -What steps should I take to cancel the automatic renewal of my '<strong>Kaspersky Internet Security</strong>' so that I can start the new license with automatic renewal, if possible?

	I've noted for about the last week I have been getting  Windows Security platform antimalware platform updates from Windows update just around the time patch c became available.

	Windows security tells me Kaspersky is turned on and under windows defender firewall I'm told  these settings are being managed by Kaspersky.

	Are these updates coincidental as it has never happen prior to patch c?

	Background: After my last renewal on 22-Feb, my Kaspersky Internet Security subscription was automatically replaced with Kaspersky Plus.  The changeover didn't go smoothly, so I uninstalled and re-installed Kaspersky Plus from My Kaspersky.
</p>

<p>
	With Kaspersky Internet Security, I could enable/disable the webcam and microphone at will; my practice was to disable them except when I used Facebook Messenger within Chrome for video calls.  Enabling and disabling worked smoothly, without having to restart Chrome.
</p>

<p>
	Now, with Kaspersky Plus, I find that enabling the webcam/microphone after disabling it does not work at all.  In fact, the only way I have found so far to get them working again is to uninstall Kaspersky Plus - which, obviously, I shouldn't have to do.
</p>

<p>
	I'd much appreciate a remedy for this problem.

	I get the error in attachment #1. If I choose to continue with the posed risk and confirm, I just get black screen...no video plays. I noticed this morning, when I clicked a link in an email from Kaspersky support, upper right corner of the email, from a previous support issue about a payment problem(resolved), that I get a similar issue, see attachment #2. I have Kaspersky on my android device and I can watch MMAshare without issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

	Ever since i installed this Kaspersky it randomly TREMENDOUSLY slows down my PC where I have to force restart it to do anything.

	When I try to see what is running using the security opens, thats takes a long time to open and for a few seconds the CPU shows 100%... then, when I turn off Kaspersky, my PC never slows down, never a problem nothing.
</p>

<p>
	So the problem must be Kaspersky. I have tried to contact them many times and the 1 reply was that I should update to Kaspersky total, which.. did noting to help the slow down problem. I am fed up with their service and lac lustre attitude.

	Please... HOw do I stop this extreme random slow down on my PC. My next option is to completely unintall Kaspersky and go back to Avast. Im that fed up!

	I am using this Chrome / Edge Extension called Harpa AI and Kaspersky seems to be messing around with it across all my machines using Kaspersky (different versions).

	<strong>Steps to Replicate problem:</strong>
</p>

<p>
	1) I have to EXIT Kaspersky FULLY for Harpa AI Extenstion to work with the <u><strong>paid version of ChatGPT</strong></u>. Remember, I have to EXIT Kaspersky and not just "pause protection". 
</p>

<p>
	2) VERY Strangely, with Kaspersky enabled, Harpa AI is working fine with the <strong>FREE version of ChatGPT </strong>but not with the paid version.
</p>

<p>
	Which leaves me in a quandary. 	My "Kaspersky Plus" was some days ago updated by the app updater to version 21.16.6.467. After that i cant export any settings!

	Windows 10 Pro with all updates, Language is US.

	All worked before with the V.:21.15.8.493a<br />
	Where can i download older version?
</p>

	From the GUI is just report export error, not so useful?
</p>

	From the cmd line i have this:

	I have uninstalled the "Kaspersky Plus" with the "kavremover" and made two reboots after that. The i installed it again, with same result.

	I have seen two other on the web having the same problem, but no solution.

	Every time I start my PC, I have a Reports tab that when I click on it does nothing. The only way to make it disappear is to either quit Kaspersky or go into Kaspersky in the tray area then click into reports and close it from there. There are no reports so I'm not sure why it opens on startup.
