So, I recently bought a year of Kaspersky Premium. I have my account, and I added the Email of my wife as a second account on My Kaspersky (website). We both share 1 computer, but each one of us has it's own Windows 10 Profile. I first entered on my Windows profile, and used my Kaspersky account to log in on the windows app. Then I went to my wife's profile, and I noticed that my Kaspersky account was on her profile too. So I changed the Kaspersky account to her's. After that, I went to my Windows profile, and saw that the Kaspersky account that was logged in was hers. So the question is, how can I log in on my Windows Kaspersky account on my profile, and how can my wife log in on her Kaspersky account on her Windows Profile, without having to log in and log out each time I change my Windows profile?

Olá Recentemente tive que formatar meu notebook e agora não consigo retornar para minhaassinatura pois, não tem o nome da chave na nota fiscal, já enviei email para o suporte aqui no Brasil o qual não me responde, então como eu não estava consguindo trocar de senha entrei com outra conta de email no google e agora não consigo cadastrar uma nova senha para resgatar minha assinatura, o que faço ?

Здравствуйте, возникли некоторые ошибки при попытке удаленно обновить каспер 6 и 10й версии на 12 (на скринах) Проверял решение каждой из этих ошибок в инете и здесь, на форуме, и получается так, что почти каждую из этих ошибок фиксить нужно локально вручную на проблемном компе. Ошибки эти не единичные, около 300 компов с такими ошибками и вручную сделать это будет как минимум очень проблематично. Неужели нельзя дистанционно пофиксить это? Буду очень благодарен любым советам.

A princípio, não era para o computador Host ter conexão direta pela internet com a VM. Isso pode abrir brecha no uso do Kali para possíveis invasores ou então para quebrar o anonimato no uso do Kali?

Bom dia, estou tentando fazer a instalação do Kaspersky Endpoint Security versão mais recente (12.2.0.462) para o Windows, porém, ao clicar para iniciar não e mostrado a tela de instalação, nada acontece. Está acontecendo tanto no Windows 10 quanto no 11.

It has notified me of this about 3 times in the past 11 days, the first on June 5th and the most recent today. hi there I started using VPN split tunnelling and found that Outlook with protonmail bridge has stopped working. It works fine when I turn off split tunnelling and use normal VPN. I have tried adding outlook.exe, bridge-gui.exe and bridge.exe to the Apps that never connect via the VPN list. Can someone please help? Just Start trying using VPN split tunnelling I think it might be a great feature to use.

Buenas a todos, acabo de publicar en la sección Advice and Solutions de la Comunidad una nueva guía que intenta dar algunos consejos de cómo reforzar o endurecer el grupo de Restricción Mínima del módulo Prevención de Intrusiones, antiguamente llamado Control de Aplicaciones: Como podréis comprobar está en inglés, igual que mi anterior guía, para mí es más fácil directamente crearla en inglés, porque así puede llegar a más usuarios de Kaspersky. Para los que no entendáis nada de inglés y estéis interesados en aplicar dichos ajustes, siempre podéis cambiar el idioma de vuestro Kaspersky temporalmente a inglés con la combinación de teclado MAYÚSCULAS + F12, y una vez aplicados, volver a castellano con MAYÚSCULAS + F5. Si tenéis dudas, preguntas, etc. aquí me tenéis 😊 ¡Espero que os guste! Saludos.

I have 5 workspaces under my cloud console named after my company sites. Now devices have moved physically to other company sites. Now how do I move the computers from one workspace to the other workspaces. The devices are many such that I can’t redownload the installers and reinstall on these devices. also how do I push to install Endpoint security from the console when devices have only agents installed.

I can't update windows 10 1803 to 22H2 because I have Kaspersky installed. Following Microsoft's suggestion I downloaded the update ISO of my windows 10 home 1803 to windows 10 home 22H2. After hours of installing update to 22H2 appears: Undoing changes made to your computer. Mittlerweile nutze ich Kaspersky VPN jeden Tag und auch eigentlich zu allen Zwecken. Es ist schnell und sicher. Allerdings vermisse ich ein Feature das bereits andere große VPN Hersteller haben und das nicht zu vernachlässigen ist. VPN Gaming Server für eine Niedrige Latenz beim Zocken. Ich bin sicher dieses Feature was nur ein bisschen Mehraufwand in der Einrichtung kosten würde für Kaspersky würde dich schnell rentieren. Privatsphäre ist heute wichtiger denn je Das Gleiche gilt auch in der Online Welt der Spiele. Aber Onlinespiele sind nun mal auch auf das Internet angewiesen. Und das bedeutet auch, dass man möglichst eine niedrige Latenz benötigt. Ich muss mit der Zeit die Mühe machen und einige Server ausprobieren und deren Latenz messen, bevor ich in ein Spiel starten kann. Es wäre doch viel besser, wenn Kaspersky selber einiger Server In eine eigene Kategorie steckt Die speziell für eine niedrige Latenz sorgen. Dies ist kein Fehler oder sonstiges sondern ein Vorschlag zur Verbesserung der Kaspersky dienste.

Eu tenho uma VM kali que utilizo e fui tentar atualizar ela e o Kasperky bloqueia o download dos arquivos de atualização, tentei liberar ele no aplicativo confiável e não funcionou, nem consegui liberar o diretorio ou até mesmo especificando uma URL. I'm reaching out to seek assistance in resolving a persistent issue I've encountered while attempting to install Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows on a Windows 10 computer (Windows 10, build version: 10.0.19045.3570). The problem centers around a dialogue box that appears during the installation of the Network Agent (Network Agent version 13), displaying the specific error message: "Setup wizard cannot process the command line." You can see this error in the image below: This issue seems to be confined to the Network Agent and is obstructing the installation of the Network Agent on the affected computers. Even when I tried to install just the Network Agent by manually extracting it from the original package, the error persists. I kindly request your collective knowledge and insights to help resolve this issue. Any information, tips, or steps to tackle this problem would be highly appreciated. ПК предназначены для хранения резервных копий с определенной информацией, сейчас установлен Агент администрирования 13.2 KES 12.1.0 Задача антивирусной проверки 1 раз в неделю полная - всех дисков, в том числе и сетевые. Проблема с дисками SSD: за год наблюдений здоровье дисков упало до 86%, и количество обработанных записей за год намолотило на 69 Тб, есть подозрение, что это связано с ограничением количества записываемой информации на SSD. Вопрос в том, можно ли как-то перенастроить путь где создаются временные файлы при разархивировании проверяемых файлов, допустим с диска С, на диск D? Смысл идеи, на ПК есть SSD и есть HDD, можно ли как-то сделать так, чтобы при проверке все эти временные файлы размещались на HDD, тем самым не создавали записи на SSD, при этом сам KES стоял на SSD? Наверное можно попробовать запилить KES на диск HDD и проблема вроде как решена, но хотелось бы понять, можно ли перенаправить это с помощью настроек?
