I am looking for someone to manage safe kids s on my phone because I have no self control. Can someone  offer this kind of management and keep access from settings away from me?

How KSK works is the Parent account installs & configures the application, on the child's device. In the scenario (you're) proposing you would be both parent and child. 

Kaspersky does not offer a service to manage the installed application, Kaspersky provides the software to enable subscribers to do that. 

Do you have a trusted family member who could take the role of 'parent'?

From my point of view, it is very risky to allow unknown person to control your phone.

There are apps that are made for people like you -and me -, it will force limited time and block some apps etc.

You can note down on a paper and keep the partenal password away from you, preferably at a different safe place where you cannot reach easily. This will prevent you to stop or un-install the KSK on your device when you want to. Hope this will help you.
