Notification Panel gets rotated when kaspersky safe kid is active.

When Kaspersky safe kid is active on my device then notification panel gets rotated. you can check it on the link provided below. when i trun off "Display over other apps" than its get solved. please have a look on the video and provide me solution.

1. ?The video shows (your) private email address; for (your) safety & security, please edit/censor it & remove the private information? 
2. Which KSK version, use Read before you create a new topic! by Danila T. , as a guide. 
3. In the last screen it says *some functions are OFF*, when (you) select Details, what is shown, post a screen-image? 
4. It also has, *Turn OFF the app*, indicating KSK is still activate. 
5. We have 3 Samsungs, with KSK Parent profile installed, none require: Display over other apps permission. 
6. Is KSK Premium or Free?
