none of your guides works when it comes to removing the app.

Hello @GGGorast

Welcome back!

  1. Is KSK being removed from the child or parent's Android?
  2. What is not working - what steps have you taken, is there an error - what is it?

Please post back?

Thank you?

  1. There is simply no uninstall or remove. I logged in with mine (parental) account and still no option to delete it from the device.

Hello @GGGorast

Thank you for posting back!

  1. ?Please post an image of the options that are available *after* you've logged into KSK app (as parent) on the child's Samsung Galaxy A6 - post the the same screen as our image 1 please

On the child's Android, select Uninstall the app, after the parent has signed into (their) MyKaspersky account, again select Uninstall the app (image 1), KSK will prompt: Do you want to uninstall this app?, with two options: OK OR Cancel, select OK (image 2), the next *message* the parent *should* see is Uninstalled Kaspersky Safe Kids (image 3).

This Uninstalled Kaspersky Safe Kids message may be on *any* KSK screen, depending on how *YOU* configured *YOUR* child's KSK; for *US* we did not grant permission to Knox; it drives us all insane; & we did not grant permission for a KSK shortcut.

Thank you?
