Localization not possible

Hi,
I use Kadspersky safe kids premium. My kid has an IOS.

The localization is activated on the kids app side.

The localization is also acticated on the parent side. 

Still, it says that the device can't be located.

Any idea?

Also, which iOS version, Identification de la version du logiciel de votre iPhone, iPad ou iPod? -> refer current documentation: Configurations logicielles et matérielles: Système d'exploitation : iOS 12.X et versions ultérieures. 

IF the version is correct & the Contrôle de la localisation is compliant & the "device can't be located" issue persists, please contact support: Comment s'adresser un Service clientèle. 

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
