Kaspersky Internet Security

Updated my KIS to version 11.89.4.8499 on my Android mobile phone (Android version 12) and when updating databases it says, after showing 25%, no internet connection. Phone is Samsung Galaxy A12. KIS is paid license, running until MAY 2023. Tried everything, nothing changes this situation. Any help someone ?

I have a 240-day KIS license (purchased via the card at a store). I would like to know, due to the release of new products until when is KIS 21.3.10.391 supported? Thanks.

Hello, so i recently bought a license of internet security from an online dealer, the key worked fine but when i checked the license details in my kaspersky website, its showing kaspersky internet security 2021, so is my current solution which i downloaded after entering the key in site is of 2021 edition? so am i using an old edition? is there 2022 edition? or key doesnt affect these stuff? any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

Hello. I'm sorry for bothering you. I have some problems with the latest version of KIS 21.3.10.391(j) in Windows 10. The following programs/app doesn't work: Microsoft Store App, Xbox App and the launchers of Epic Store, GOG Galaxy and Genshin Impact. They don't the login or connect with the server. The images or banners inside the app/launchers doesn't work. They go back to work if I disable KIS. Can you help me? - Vittorio.

I have KIS 21.3.10.391(j) on Windows 7 64. Whenever my PC is left idle for 15 min and when screen saver is turned on, KIS is doing something CPU intensive in the background until I start working again on PC. I was wondering why is this happening and how to disable this?

Hello, Today i tried to connect my computer to an SQL server on xampp, as usual. But impossible to establish the connection. After a few searches, I found that Kaspersky is blocking the connection with a self defense option. I tried to remove that but I figured out that I can’t edit anything from the settings. Im in admin account on Windows, and Kaspersky was already installed on it when I got it from work. I don’t have the email account, neither as the password. How can I edit theese settings please ?

In my data drive, which is always included in my full scans, I have some symbolic directory links that link to a network drive. Kaspersky Internet Security is following those links and ends up scanning huge chunks of my network drive, which I don't want to do, at least not in this particular scan. Is there any way to set the scan options so that it does not follow the symbolic links and scan their destinations? System configuration is KIS 21.3.10.391, Windows 10 w/all updates, Dell Precision 7920 workstation. Thank you!

As long as I restart the PC this pops up and after a few cycles of disinfection it still remains. I havent installed any add ons recently but this was reported throughout my PCs and laptops. Can someone please let me know if this is a false alarm so I can add to exclusion list? Thanks

Hello, I recently upgraded from Kaspersky free to Kaspersky Internet Security to find the dark mode not in the same place. I cannot seem to find it and cannot read light mode very well due to an eye condition. Surely there is one on there as it makes ZERO sense to have a free product include more accessibility features then a paid one. May as well ask this too, is there a way to change the text scale?

However, whenever the virtual keyboard show up. My real keyboard are blocked from any character input. I could see ctrl, alt, backspace, tab are working through the virtual keyboard. But my real keyboard cannot use any keys, like 1-0 and a-z, even after closing every program. I had to restart in order to get back my keyboard. Any idea if I can turn on my keyboard after the incident??

Hi, After updating my Samsung mobile to latest Android update (seems to be 12), KIS no longer works & even when you try to run it by tapping its icon, its green screen shows for millisecond & then nothing happens. I uninstalled & reinstalled KIS, & problem is still there. I wiped partition cache (which is recommended after a big update for Samsung mobiles) to see if it solves the problem but no success.
