I'm getting three different bills for the same account, I got the app on my phone and installed it on my PC too.

Full control in progress then open notepad window and i see kaspersky stoped scanning. If minimize notepad or outlook window or i dont have mared window for example i click on desktop or on kaspersky without minimize notepad window then kaspersy will continue. Things I've tried: I have deleted the cashe, force stopped, started after force rebooting the phone. After update the KIS database yesterday My ASUS Program can't load on start up. - AI Suite 3 not load. it show in this photo and I try to uninstall or re install but cannot. it show AsIO3.sys error. KIS is now giving me warning pop-ups for Brave browser installer and SyncFolder application. This is in addition to the ones reported in the thread "Microsoft O365 is ruled as a Dangerous website......." I have lost count - I think it's 5 or 6 now. Every new download is put into Low Restricted for some reason. It's becoming more and more difficult to work with KIS installed and interfering unneccessarily. It's high time the moderators took better notice of this problem. N.B. Updated to 21.3.10.391 (j) this week but made no difference.

Hi: Running Firefox on Win 10, and when I plug my Android phone in to try and run a scan as external drive, it doesn't show up. Is there a way to make this work, or another way to get my phone scanned?

I have 2 identical Win 10 PCs. One suddenly has a lot of popups after kaspersky warned about a site. Nothing was clicked on and just went back. I'm told this is when the popups started, I checked the extensions and Kaspersky is enabled. However I noticed the Icon on the top right of the browser isn't there like it is on my other PC. This is where I can see if the add blocker is checked or not. Any idea of whats going on?

Hello, I am trying to login to Microsoft O365. I first get a blocked screen saying that the Microsoft site is dangerous. Then when I click to continue anyways, I get an error. I'm using mac OS Monterey version 12.4 on a new apple M1 MacBook Pro. I am also using Kaspersky Internet Security for the Mac version 21.1.0.150d.e. Upon attempting to update the software, I was notified that it is the latest version. I've noticed that there are no options to setup exclusions on the Mac version of your software. Please see the attachments, and un block for me please. Thanks for your help!

Hi, Our website has been falsely flagged as a phishing site. We have throughly checked every website and server and there is no malware present. The site is only accessible for registered users, therefore only a login-component is shown. The site does not pretend to be any other entity. I'd like to request a re-evaluation. I have been using Kaspersky products for many years. My KIS license expires in a few days and I want to renew it. Click on the link and it takes me to the page where the price is 69.95 euros for a license for 3 devices for 1 year (I always buy them for 2 years). There is no option to renew for 2 years. But if I access that same page and want to buy a new license for KIS, 3 devices for 1 year, the price is 29.99 euros. Could you tell me why there is this difference and why it is more expensive to renew the license than to buy a new license?

I have recently been unable to download metadata using the Calibre Portable program. Attempts to download result in an error from the metadata search site with the remote host forcibly closing the connection. If I install a previous version of the Calibre Portable program and pause Kaspersky protection then the metadata download is successful. When I resume protection the metadata download fails. Somehow this is failure is persistent. a. If I pause Kaspersky again and attempt the metadata download the metadata down load fails. b. Is there a way of making VPN turned on as default when computer turns on? It is a pain to have to set it everytime especially because it takes several clicks to get to the VPN setting. don't know why it was hidden there. Also it would be nice to have an icon indicating if it is on or not.

Windows 11 won’t install because of KIS but when I update to the latest version it still does not install. Anyone able to get W11 installed?

So I tried to open and connect my Epic Games Launcher but it didn’t work, was in a connect loop or didn’t even wanted to connect. So then I tried to deinstall/reinstall and try so many things I found online like make exceptions in firewall, create ini files, modem reset, etc. until I closed Kaspersky Internet Security and then everything worked. I could login and connect and redownload my games. But the moment I opened Kaspersky it lost the connection and nothing worked again. I tried to put the exe as trusted network exception. I tired to change my sim card and then Kaspersky security automatically asked me my secret code unfortunately I did not remember my code . I tried to recover my code but what I did was I disconnected my phone from Kaspersky and I thought I was good idea to discount my device from Kaspersky but know I cant access my phone. any suggestions thanks
