Kaspersky Internet Security

I'm using KIS, with a paid subscription, on a Nokia 2.4 mobile, using Android 11. A few days ago, when I opened KIS, the usual green screen appeared but instead of opening the app, the green screen persisted. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled KIS, which solved the problem. However, now, a few days later, the same thing's happened again - so what's going on - how do I get the app to open fully?

I'm using KIS 21.3.10.391(1) on a Win10 (21H2) computer. I'm getting a very regular (several times a minute) "Access Denied" message on Brave relating to a "static.newrelc.net". I've no idea what this is - but I'm certainly not trying to access a site with this name. Can anybody tell me what is going on here? How do I stop this message appearing? TIA. John.

HI, I just reinstalled KIS on my PC and it said database was extremely out of date but it didn't update itself automatically. The version that was installed was 21.3.10.391(h) downlaoded from kaspersky.co.in I had to manually press on update to let it update itself to the new (i) version. I have a 24x7 online ftth internet with 150Mbps speed. So is this a normal occurence?

In app cant run directly KPM like before... Updated right now on new version 11.84. Now is greyed out and also says : app cant open, retry again later... Whats going on?

Hello everyone, I have a problem concerning KIS. I have a 10 devices key for 2 years. I tried to activate it to a device and I received the error message that I have exceeded the maximum number of activations. Of course I have added the key to my Kaspersky account. My family owns 7 pcs were I use the program. I suppose the problem exists because I often making clean installations of Windows. I have send message to support concerning the problem. Can anyone help me and advice me how can I take an activation backup in order to use it to new installation in order to avoid this condition in the future? I am on auto renewal. If my bank has changed my debit card but my bank account details remain exactly as they were previously do I need to notify Digital River or will my auto renewal go through automatically without my needing to do anything? Thanks

Hi, Yesterday, I was installed a specific software on my Mac. Kasper detected some malicious files into that downloading process. I have no time to make a dump and I was forced to reinstall my OS and the Kasper Anti Virus. My question how can I get an information about that malicious files?

I keep getting pop up advertisements from Kaspersky pushing the VPN service. I don't need it. This is annoying enough, but it also seems to be interfering with my system when I am in VR. Causing system instability and crashing or near crashing my VR client.

In detailed reports i see for example File Antivirus (started every day) but Web Antivirus started may 17th and from this date nothing in detailed reports that started yesterday or today nothing... also Mail Antivirus, Firewall same result. Or it is not needed write this information every day? If yes then File Antivirus every day is info about this. Also as i remember in older versions was this info every day when i login. So for now all is turned on but (in detailed reports i dont know if it was runed component succesfully and if i am protected).

Scenario : 1. Open protected web browser (must have green frame) protected by kaspersky do print screen (PrtSc) paste into Microsoft Paint - here is fully displayed complete image of bank for example like in normal browser when you do print screen. So this NOT WORKING protection against screen locker. 2. Hello, I started experiencing this issue several days ago when downloading new adobe software in .zip format and spent several hours with their support team. In the end we had to disable Kaspersky to download the file. Now I am continuing to experience errors when downloading .zip files using firefox and chrome. The error i receive states, "C:\path\filename.zip could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.". I tried pausing Kaspersky but still cannot download .zip files.

I downloaded from my local website of kaspersky KIS but firs i downloaded unknown essp_nt64 and second try i try download once again and i finally see known version kis21.3.10.391cs_25708. Bot have same version, build and also size. So what is essp version?

Im not sure this is the same issue as below. Link I can not use internet by using ethernet on usb-hub (Caldigit ts3 plus) But if I unselect the Enable Network Attack Blocker on kaspersky settings, the internet starts working well. Greetings, I am on a MacBook Pro, running MAC OS Monterey 12.2.1, with Apple M1 Pro chip. I just can't connect to any websites when running KIS 21.1 with NordVPN 7.3. Is there any conflict on this two apps running together? It is weird to have to turn off a antivirus to access my VPN service, or kill the VPN to keep my virus protection active. Any assistance you can gave me?

Hi, a few days ago I installed the SurfShark VPN on MacOS. I have the Kaspersky Internet Security but as long as I have turned it on, the VPN cannot connect. If I turn off the KIS, the VPN does connect. Has anyone had this issue?

Hello everyone Yesterday kaspersky detected a threat in my pc. Threat was detected by heuristic analysis. HEUR:Worm.Win32.Generic then I went to reports to see how kaspersky detected the virus. But I saw Threat level high Precision heuristic analysis Reason machine learning I was unable to mean this. This also raised a question on my mind : which technology really detected the malware. Please let me know which technology was used to detect the malware

In Brazil we are having a problem due to bandits asking for the phone password on a robbery to later add a new fingerprint on the phone and access bank apps. I did a test and Dashlane and Samsung Pay did ask for a written password when a new fingerprint was added on my phone, but Kaspersky did not, it accepted the recently added fingerprint. I was considering using the “Kaspersky lock apps” on my financial apps but, this test let me down. Is there any ticket on this behavior?

A long time ago and still not fixed... Can you please verify that i am not alone? Go to settings, apps, kaspersky and there is premissions (i want allow camera premission) because i need anti theft but phone always locked after ťap to premissions... Try tap on the marked section then phone will be locked you need unlock your phone by your password or pin or whatever you have set up...

can someone please tell me how to cancel this dang thing? I logged in fine, couldn't find what I needed, asked the help bot who sent me a link, but now when i try to sign in to 'manage subscriptions/renewal' my password wont work (even though it worked not 5 minutes before on the same site), tried the reset password but its button wont let you even press it after entering the email. Tried to email support but it's in a different language that I can't seem to change. I'm so annoyed, sorry if this shows that. Please tell me if i'm just missing something so i can have a 'well im stupid' moment but finally have this done.

My KIS 21.3.10.391 (i) has not updated for more than 10 hours as shown in the picture. Is this a general problem or a bug on my part? JP

Can you people check if your mobile antivirus kaspersky mobile ran scheduled update database? Mine not working automatically i have set it on 2:00 or previous i had set it to 10:00 and not updating still must manually tap to update. *also i have idea for devs - add more frequently update database for example every 3 hours. I know that mobile antivirus have less updates than pc antivirus is more frequently updated. Because now is it set run update only once per day but not working.

Does the Windows version of Kaspersky Internet Security completely protect a PC from being infected when a USB drive containing malware is plugged in?
