It seems like there's some confusion with Windows 10 Kaspersky Internet Security and the Movies & TV app. When playing a video, there's a prompt regarding embedded keys, with an option to allow or deny. Even though the log shows it's allowed, there's uncertainty since there was no interaction. Perhaps Microsoft overlooked whitelisting something. This situation parallels the challenges in Enhance Castle APP where unexpected prompts can disrupt user experience and raise security concerns.

Hi @Roger42 & @harlan4096, With v21.6, we can replicate Roger's original issue: Also @Roger42, when this issue is fixed, KIS is Kaspersky's old software, it will eventually be obsolete; Kaspersky have not yet announced an end date; you may wish to upgrade (free) to the *new* Kaspersky Standard, the process is explained here: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ, by Danila T. Before uninstalling old / installing new - create a System restore point. Before uninstalling old / installing new - make sure (you) have the Activation code for the existing software saved in (your) MyKaspersky account. After uninstalling KIS, make sure you reboot the computer. Download new software from: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product. After upgrading run a Database update, allow it to complete, shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power-on by pressing the power button, login. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

  14. I have a problem concerning a supposedly invalid Certificate for a website. I am running Kaspersky Internet Security on Windows 11 version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3447) My usual Browser is Chrome. The problem is the same using Edge. The address in question is https://www . librarycat . org/ When I try to access it I receive a message that says “Visiting an untrustworthy website has been prevented” (Screenshot 52). Note that the message is from “touch.kaspersky.com” Selecting “Show details” takes me to Screenshot 54. This gives me the name of the URL as “touch.kaspersky.com”. Getting nowhere here, and knowing that several colleagues using other Anti-virus tools can access it without problems, I tried adding it as a Trusted Address. I added it, checked that it was activated but still had the same problem. At the same time the message is shown the small “Access denied” message appears, with an alert sound, then disappears only to reappear after about 2 seconds. The only way to stop it is to close the browser. Any assistance appreciated.

  16. Recentemente adquiri a versão plus e notei que ao alternar da janela de um jogo para outra janela não consigo mais retornar para o jogo. O mesmo problema ocorre se o jogo iniciar em segundo plano, quando tento ir para a aplicação retorno para a janela que eu estava (seja do navegador ou de alguma pasta ou arquivo que eu estava usando). Só consegui dar Alt+Tab quando encerrei o Kaspersky e depois o abri novamente. Alguém sabe como posso corrigir esse problema? Ps.: O modo jogo está ativo.

IT appears as tho you're using a version of Kaspersky's old software, please upgrade (free) to the new equivalent - it's explained here: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ, by Danila T. Upgrading / converting (your) existing subscription is on a like-for-like basis, the features available in the old software will be what's available in the new software. Before uninstalling old / installing new - create a System restore point. Before uninstalling old / installing new - make sure (you) have the Activation code for the existing software saved in (your) MyKaspersky account. After uninstalling old, make sure you reboot the computer. Download new software from: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product. After upgrading run a Database update, allow it to complete, shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power-on by pressing the power button, login, recheck the original issue? Enviei a URL ao Kaspersky Virus Lab e fornecerei o veredicto quando e se disponível. A análise pode levar algumas horas ou dias (normalmente não demora), então peço que por favor aguarde. Caso seja considerado um falso positivo, ele será removido da detecção na próxima atualização do seu produto Kaspersky.

В случае, если используются два монитора (FullHD + 3K) в режиме Extend на Windows 11, то на мониторе с разрешением 3K (zoom 200%) окно продукта вылезает за пределы монитора: Важно отметить, что данная проблема возникает исключительно в режиме работы с двумя мониторами, если монитор один (3K), то окно продукта вписывается в границы монитора корректно.
