  1. Hello Guys, Just to make new update. Today i made a backup copy of all my personal files on my SSD partition that only olds my personal files. Then i put the windows boot usb on my PC usb and boot the machine from here. Remove all partitions and made new ones from Scratch. using windows bootable usb. I did new windows installation. then i installed all single windows update available for my machine. I also update the Microsoft Store and all the apps that comes with Windows in Microsoft Store. I run a SFC command again, clean all temp files, did a system backup image with bootable Acronis true image for WD. In my Kaspersky i went there remove the old equipment from there, i also remove my current subscription. One thing that did changed on my Kaspersky profile previously if i went on downloads section i saw two diferent versions of free software on of Kaspersky Security Cloud and another for the new version of Kaspersky Free 2023 but after remove my subscription i only saw the Kaspersky Security Cloud available to download. I went on the Kaspersky Global Website downloaded Kaspersky Free 2023 for European Countries. I installed this piece of software. I have one Question I am Portuguese Living in Portugal my Windows 10 Pro Version 19045 is in Portuguese, my keyboard layout is in Portuguese. Why the language of Kaspersky Free 2023 interface is in English i read on the global website that the software was also works in Portuguese. So, i don't understand. After sometime of Microsoft Edge Open Kaspersky showed a pop-up message asking me to install the extension Kaspersky protection which i did allow all permissions. Restart my computer and tried latter. Let me tell you another thing i disabled hardware virtualization because my PC doesn't support. Today i noticed another change. In the field of operating System before was written Enterprise edition kind of that, but now is Written "Microsoft Windows 10 Professional x64 Build 19045" it matches exactly with the version i have installed on my PC. Still the problem persists i already test it even in translator if i want to put an accent on a word i can't. Or else if i push two or three times in sequence on the key with accent the OSK shows that error message. I am Stuck i don't know what can i do more to fix that. By the way i am using Microsoft Edge version 112.0.1722.58 (64bits). Please help me ASAP. Because i want to install every piece of software that i usually use on my PC. Thanks in Advance.   2. Hello, I am facing the same error with the newest version kaspersky free 2023. I downloaded from global site for european contries. I remove the kas free 2023 completely from my system. i romeved all the information from previous installation. I did a windows Clean install. The last windows clean install was made today. I ran a SFC /SCANNOW COMMAND. The SFC Command didn't found any erros. I clean all temp files. I removed kaspersky Protection from Microsoft Edge version Versão 112.0.1722.58 (Compilação oficial) (64 bits) I went on my kaspersky on downloads i see two files one older than the other. It's very frustating. Can you help me!? I am desperate! Thanks in advance.
  3. Hello guys. It's me again Hugop, today i already published a topic asking for help with On-Screen Keyboard on Kaspersky Free. Now I did a Downgrade to the Kaspersky Security Cloud Free Version: 21.3.10.391 (j). Is it possible to stop automatic Updates not for the virus databases but for the software version itself? Because look if i get a problem with the newest antivirus free from Kaspersky i want to be able to keep the previous version until i find it's safe to upgrade to the newest version you Know!   4. Hello guys, Currently i am running Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 22H2 Build SO: 19045 with latest Microsoft Windows 10 updates. I was using Kaspersky Cloud Free as my antivirus. Yesterday i received an update for my anti-virus for the newest Version 21.9.6.465. I cannot open On-Screen Keyboard even if i press the shortcut keys CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+P. I also uninstall the antivirus completely and remove all leftovers. I also Uninstall only one of my web browsers Mozilla Firefox I downloaded the latest version available on the global website from Kaspersky and from My Kaspersky (Downloads). The version is the right one for European countries. If you remember well i already faced this problem in the past. But on that time Seem's there isn't any version available for European countries, so the resolution was removing completely Kaspersky free from my system and install the Kaspersky Security Cloud Free. I think I will make the same when you find a solution, please tell me OK! I did a Microsoft Windows Clean install on March 30, 2023. I am running out of ideas to fix the problem! I use Home Banking a Lot i need my On-Screen Keyboard to put the Password instead of Physical Keyboard. I think it's safer! But if nothing of this works in either Browser I will be forced to downgrade. But i also think that sooner or later my anti-virus will want to make the upgrade happen again. There is an open topic right here "When Kaspersky free will be available to use in Portugal (European Countries)?" if you search for this title you should found something. I understand English without any problem! The colleague suggested me download the uk version and told me this version should work anywhere! What do you say about that!? Best Regards. Hugop

Hello Berny, In the past i tested this version you suggested me to download but i had some problems with onscreen keyboard, and the issue was i can't put some accents on some fields from my Home Banking! My last name as an accent and my user name needs this accent to work. I asked some help in the topic bellow. "My onscreen keyboard doesn't work on my bank site i can't fill the user and password using onscreen keyboard." And the conclusion was i had to get back to previous version Kaspersky security cloud free because there was no European version available at that time!   8. Hello @Flood and Flood's wife, Where can i see the schedule for the new release for Kaspersky free edition for European countries!? I Feel the only solution is to get back to the old Security cloud free! That's what are you trying to say!? I don't mind the language i can speak and read english very well. There is a pending menu that you can choose European Union before download the file! Thank you very much for all of your time and effort! I Will wait for your answer as soon as possible! Hugop

Hello, @Flood and Flood's wife, I must say that i did everything i could to fix the problem but Seem's there is a problem with the antivirus Kaspersky free because look all the 3 major browsers are affected i tried Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and the latest version of Mozilla Firefox 108.0.2. Look what i did: Remove completely Kaspersky free with a help of little program called Geek Uninstaller; Shut down windows. Turn the power on the PC; Remove completely Mozilla Firefox 108.0.1 as i did with Kaspersky Free or else with the help of Geek Uninstaller to remove all left over's. I Shut down the Pc again. Turn the power on. Clean All temp files; Did the command "SFC /SCANNOW" and nothing was found. Reinstall Mozilla Firefox this time the latest version 108.0.2. Reinstall Kaspersky free and the extension protection. Restore all the settings on Kaspersky Free and reboot the pc because i received a mensagem telling me that i had to do it for the on screen keyboard to work properly and one more time nothing. I will send an attachment because even the menu for the extension protection seam's different than the usual you now. I am tired man it's annoying with the previous version i had no problems but it's very difficult to find them online in Portuguese! I don't Know if i have a copy of this installation file on my pc. I will try to make a search! What can i do more to help! Can you help me as i told you i will remember you that before i did a clean install of Windows 10 pro version 22h2 with all the latest updates installed. I don't know what more can i do beside roll back to previous version because at least that version worked fine! Thank you very much once again for your time and effort trying to help!
  10. Hello, @Flood and Flood's wife, I am frustrating now i am trying to find the old one in European portuguese but i cannot find anywhere! I live in Portugal you know! Let me search on my pc otherwise i will have to stay with this! Beside this forum that's another place where i can find help!? I know that i am using a free version! But i don't know more what can i do to fix the problem, because i use very often homebanking and if this doesn't work i am unprotected! You Know! Sorry to be a little picky but i am kind desperate!   11. Hello @Flood and Flood's wife, I tested with all major browsers Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox and nothing works. I also tested with virtual keyboard from windows and it worked fine.   12. I had problems before i did uninstall the Kaspersky free edition of antivirus even with free removal tool from kasperksy. But still i can open onscreen keyboard from kasperksy but the keyboard doesn't work i also received a error message. What can i do to fix the problem? Thank you in advanced Kindly regards. Hugo

  14. I messed up with my antivirus and my subscription on my Kaspersky. I tried to uninstall and reinstall again but nothing works. I also used a tool from Kaspersky to remove antivirus from my PC completely i did a sfc/ scannow i clean every single temp file from my computer and restore windows image with command dism. But Nothing worked. When i tried to install Kaspersky free antivirus i see this same error asking me the activation code. Previously i had a license for total security but because of financial reasons i had to cancel. Now i need this free license to work i don't know more what can i do to fix the problem! Can someone help me please! Thanks in advanced i will be very grateful!.
  15. It was working fine since last installation you know. Suddenly stop working! I don't now why this happens! Before i can use virtual keyboard and all databases are up to date.
