Hello,

 

I work in an I.T. company, and we manage a couple of companies' antivirus infrastructure.

 

I began to manage another company, and went through the usual motions of setting it up, however I couldn't download the distribution packages, it just loads nothing, barren.

Something was giving me weird vibes when I had to accept the agreement, took me a few hours of trial and error, but it loaded and I accepted. Now it doesn't give me the distros.

 

What do I do? I contacted their e-mail, and even their office in my country but they refuse to pick up.

Hello, thank you very much for the reply,

 

However,

 

I tried in a lot of different computers, and different browsers, even different OS's, like Arch Linux, and Windows 10, and 11.

 

In my other workspaces they work, so much so I made a new workspace (same name, and license) and it is working as intended in the new one. The original workspace is still malfunctioning. I'd like some answer to this problem.

I want to make this issue known, and to publicly say the tech support for Kasperksy is laughingly bad. No phone number that is reliable, in my country, they redirect to a Brazilian call center, who is not the same time zone at all, even when I call the Portuguese call center. Their e-mail, which was public, *****@*****.tld, just had generic automatic replies, from Russia.

Their FAQs speak nothing of this, all they say is to login to CompanyAccount, which you need a license to do, even when I'm using a BusinessHub account and managing several companies. No help or support, and the forums are barren like a desert!

I understand that Kaspersky is being banned in America, but is their infrastructure so reliant on foreign offices? They have an office here in Portugal, for example, but do they not do anything? We have data centers here, surely they can use them! So frustrating!

Kaspersky has horrid support, but good documentation. If you can read, you can make do, but if you need support for anything that you literally cannot solve (like bugs, or intermittent system downtimes), you can be very sure you will be alone in your issue. This issue took nearly a week to resolve, after e-mailing, and calling every number that is available to me.

I merely took this long to fix it, because I already had assigned a license to the workspace, and was afraid it'd delete the license and it'd bug out!
