Buenas. En breve me toca renovar licencia y al entrar a la web de Kaspersky me marca un precio de 39.95 € pero al ir a renovar me marca 99.95 € ¿A qué se debe esa diferencia de precio? Un saludo

Buenas noches, compre una tarjeta prepago visa y me gustaria usarla para comprar Kaspersky total security para 3 dispositivos, me aparece error y no me permite usarla me recomiendan alguna tipo de solucion o estas no estan disponible para utilizar?

I have a license for endpoint security for business (include Kaspersky security for windows server 10). I used this license on Kaspersky security center 14 and for Kaspersky security for windows server 11 from my server), but when I configure the policy of Kaspersky security for windows server 11 on KSC, it doesn't allow me to configure the device control under "local activity control" tab. and show a message " *not available under some license types " as shown in the attachment. 1- why this message appear? 2- does kaspersky security for windows server 10 license not working on version 11? thank you

How I can unistall the program? I don't wanted more. I supposed unistalled whit iobit unistaller but when I turn on my PC the program continues in my Pc and running.

Hi, I installed Kaspersky Security Cloud and when I try to activate the program it shows that you have used your free trial. So, I can't proceed from there and can't even use the free version of this program. Please help me to fix this issue. Thanks.

Здравствуйте! Не подскажете в чем может быть проблема? Есть Сервер администрирования Kaspersky security center 13.2. С него управляются рабочие станции с kaspersky internet security 11.10.0.399 для windows. Через агент администрирования версии 13.2.0.1511. Есть бизнес лицензия на 720 компов до окончания ключа еще два месяца. Но почему-то периодически в консоли показывается статус устройств "срок действия лицензии истек" хотя фактически это не так. Через какое-то время статус нормализуется на этом устройстве, но может появится на другом. Устройства находятся в сети, последний сеанс связи с сервером администрирования не меньше 10 минут. Задача на добавление ключа стоит (хотя я вот если честно не понимаю необходимость существования этой задачи). Получается каждый раз агент делает запрос к серверу администрирования не только за обновлением политик и антивирусных баз, но и за статусом ключа? И что пока он не достучался очередной раз до сервера администрирования, он считает копию KIS на рабочей станции просроченной? Соответственно рисует в консоли статус "красный", чтобы через десять минут поменять его на нормальный. В чем тут логика? Почему я вижу в какой-то момент времени в какой либо группе компов этот по сути ненастоящий статус на произвольных компах. Это баг Kaspersky security center 13.2 или что-то не так у меня с настройками? То в выборке "лицензия кончилась" пусто, то густо. Подскажите пожалуйста где засада? P.S. Находил тут похожую тему с невнятным ответом, но вроде как это не мой случай. В нашей сети нету (вроде бы) Kaspersky Endpoint Agent-а

Me acabo de comprar una clave de 1 solo dispositivo, pero me gustaría instalar kaspersky en otros 2 dispositivos. Puedo comprar otras dos claves y añadirlas a esta cuenta para tener 3 dispositivos en total? No estaba segura de si me daria problemas o no hacerlo asi

(1) can I enter the 3 codes into a single computer to be covered for 3 years (2) how long after entering the code into 1 computer to I get to enter the codes into 2 others, ie. could I keep the codes safe for 1 year so I can resecure the computer, then use the last code after the next year has past.

Our businesses Endpoint Security Cloud subscription came to an end earlier this month, so we upgraded to a Endpoint Security Cloud PRO service for up to 6 devices. I activated this new license in our Endpoint Security Cloud workspace online -- went smoothly, and confirmed our new license was activated. Also seemed that our old devices had transferred seamlessly to the new license. On our devices, some of us had to upgrade our Kaspersky Endpoint Security desktop applications and restart our devices. Once doing so, we checked our license status and can clearly see that the new license has been activated. (image below) However, on our online Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud workspace, I checked on our devices and found that the current status is 'critical' for most of them. Some however, are 'OK' (see image below) Why is this happening? Is there an extra activation that must be done locally on our devices?

I have a multi-boot PC with both Windows 7 and Windows 10. As far as I know Kaspersky confuses the 2 different operating systems on the same PC as 2 devices, correct? I have tried that in the past with no success. So, can I buy 2 single-device licenses and use them simultaneously - each one for each operating system ('device' according to Kaspersky) under my single account?

Dear all, I have two KIS licences. The first one is a two-year licence for three devices which is valid until October 2023. The second KIS licence (one year for five devices) is currently not in use. I switched from KIS to Kaspersky Standard a couple of days ago. Is it possible to upgrade my two licences so that I can use Kasperky Plus (either by paying an additional fee or by limiting the period of validity or the number of devices)? Развернул для тестирования KSMG и столкнулся с несколькими вопросами. Где посмотреть использование лимита адресов лицензии? Тестовая лицензия покрывает 99 адресов, но у нас гораздо больше, что будет при превышении? Есть ли способ обновлять сертификат TLS не из веб-интерфейса центра управления (API, SSH)? Я использую Letsencrypt и обновлять необходимо раз в три месяца. Столкнулся с интересной проблемой, в очереди повисли сообщения с ошибкой соединения с нашим почтовым сервером (connection refused). Проверил по ssh с сервера KSMG доступность портов 25, 110 с помощью telnet – проблема подтвердилась, при этом в tcpdump на KSMG пакет есть только один – SYN от KSMG. С соседнего хоста все нормально, соединения проходят. Через пару минут проблема исчезла сама собой, в dmesg появилась одна строчка: [156109.455941] nf_conntrack version 0.5.0 (65536 buckets, 262144 max)

Hello! I have stopped using Kaspersky about a year ago for practical resons. Today however, i received an Email saying that my subscription was automatically renewed for 44.99 €. Which is quite a bit of money in Croatia. As i am no longer using the product and have not been using it for some time, is there any way i can get a refund and make sure that my subscription is canceled and no longer automatically renewed?
