  1. Hi, i installed KSC 14.2 on my server, i deployed KES 12.3 on all PCs in work environment and I applied main policy to devices that include prohibit using removable devices. but i have some laptops also work out of our corporation and need to connect removable devices, then i create also an out-of-policy for specific laptops users to allow connect removable devices when they are work out of corporate. But the problem is: - If these laptop users disconnect their laptops from the company network (unplug network cable from laptops) when they are inside the company, the out-of-policy will apply and they can use removable devices to copy data to/from laptops, and then reconnect their laptops to network (plug network cable into laptops) and copy anything they want between laptops and data in network. So, the using of out-of-office policy in these cases is a big mistake. What is the benefit of using main policy (not out-of-office policy) if the laptops users can overtake the main policy by unplug network cables from their laptops exploiting the loophole in out-of-office policy.

  3. hi, 1- i installed SQL exp 2019 and KSC 14.2 2- i open KSC administration server normally 3- but when i select managed devices the administration server freezing and give error message "Stop running this script? ....", the error window file is attached why this error occur and how to solve it?
  4. hi, I updated "kaspersky update utility" to the last version : 4.1.0.474 for offline mode update but the version of kaspersky endpoint security 11.10, 11.11, 12.0, 12.1 and 12.2 still not shown in interface as shown in attached file. why? and how to get the offline databases for latest versions of Kaspersky Endpoint security for business?

Hi, I installed kaspersky EndPoint security 11.5 on windows server 2019 (my network is a server and 10 thin client terminal for remote users), the admins and users log in remotely normaly without any problems. Then, I installed a new version of KES (11.10 version). And after approximatly 10 days, the remote users (no admins rights) face black screen after remotely login directly(before loading their profile on server), but the admins users still log in remotely without any problem. I stopped also the network attack blocker, and the problem still exist. But when i uninstalled the KES 11.10, the non-admin users login again without any problem. This problem occures on 2 different servers (separated on different network) when I upgrade to KES 11.10. 1- Why this problem occure? 2- What is the right solution to solve this problem? Thank You
  6. I have a license for endpoint security for business (include Kaspersky security for windows server 10). I used this license on Kaspersky security center 14 and for Kaspersky security for windows server 11 from my server), but when I configure the policy of Kaspersky security for windows server 11 on KSC, it doesn't allow me to configure the device control under "local activity control" tab. and show a message " *not available under some license types " as shown in the attachment. 1- why this message appear? 2- does kaspersky security for windows server 10 license not working on version 11? thank you
