Adquiri recentemente o produto Kaspersky Premium para proteção de 10 dispositivos com 10 contas My Kaspersky. Gostaria de saber mais sobre como criar estas 10 contas, não encontrei nada no fórum e nem na ajuda. Pelo menos uma conta foi criada corretamente, pois na própria instalação, caso não tenha uma conta My Kaspersky, ele cria uma nova, até ai tudo bem. Consigo visualizar a Assinatura e já vinculei o meu dispositivo a esta conta. Gostaria de saber como posso proceder, pois tenho outro usuários a serem instalados, mas não sei se tenho que vincular estes novos usuários a esta minha conta My Kaspersky ou cada um dos meus usuários vai ter uma conta My Kaspersky independente da minha, para não haver relação de nenhuma informação. Estou meio perdido, pois não encontrei nenhuma informação a respeito. Grato a todos.

How to use two Kaspersky profiles in Two separate Windows profiles on the same Computer?

So, I recently bought a year of Kaspersky Premium. I have my account, and I added the Email of my wife as a second account on My Kaspersky (website). We both share 1 computer, but each one of us has it's own Windows 10 Profile. I first entered on my Windows profile, and used my Kaspersky account to log in on the windows app. Then I went to my wife's profile, and I noticed that my Kaspersky account was on her profile too. So I changed the Kaspersky account to her's. After that, I went to my Windows profile, and saw that the Kaspersky account that was logged in was hers. So the question is, how can I log in on my Windows Kaspersky account on my profile, and how can my wife log in on her Kaspersky account on her Windows Profile, without having to log in and log out each time I change my Windows profile? -
Today when I clicked to enter Chrome, many notifications of the same detection started to appear, I found it very strange because a little before I was using it normally, I use Opera as a secondary browser, so in it I only use Instagram and Twitter, so I found it very strange that it was identifying a Trojan in the Opera installer, since I hardly use this browser. Если я переустановлю windows с ssd на чистый m2 То новый windows будет воспринимать мой ПК как новое устройство? То есть у меня можно было подключить 3 устройства 1 подключил на старый ссд То при установке Касперского на новую windows на m2 у меня останется 2 устройства? (Которые можно будет подключить)? -
I'm using Windows 11 Pro 23H2 (version 22631.2506) with Kaspersky Total Security Premium (version 21.15.8.493). Despite having enabled both notification sounds and on-screen notifications for all critical events in settings - I get nothing. I downloaded a few malware samples to test, they were all detected, but the only way I would know is if I glanced at Kasperky's tray icon which turned red. But there was no sound nor any notification of a malicious object being present on my PC. For obvious reasons, I'd like these notifications. I already tried checking if notifications for Kaspersky are not silenced, and they aren't. I tried going to Settings -> Notifications and enabling "Get notifications from other senders" - it was already enabled. Kaspersky is not in that list. "Do Not Disturb" mode is not enabled and neither is it set to auto enable - I never use it. So far, I only get notifications if new devices connect to my network. How do I fix them? Any help is appreciated. -

Buenas a todos, acabo de publicar en la sección Advice and Solutions de la Comunidad una nueva guía que intenta dar algunos consejos de cómo reforzar o endurecer el grupo de Restricción Mínima del módulo Prevención de Intrusiones, antiguamente llamado Control de Aplicaciones: Como podréis comprobar está en inglés, igual que mi anterior guía, para mí es más fácil directamente crearla en inglés, porque así puede llegar a más usuarios de Kaspersky. Para los que no entendáis nada de inglés y estéis interesados en aplicar dichos ajustes, siempre podéis cambiar el idioma de vuestro Kaspersky temporalmente a inglés con la combinación de teclado MAYÚSCULAS + F12, y una vez aplicados, volver a castellano con MAYÚSCULAS + F5. Hi Team I'm using Kaspersky Premium Version, Kaspersky Protection Browser Extension not blocking Phishing Sites it allow me able to access I have check URL for Cloudflare Radar Scan I got Security Risk but Kaspersky not blocking those sites and not provide me any warning at all Also I tried another Phishing Site I got warning from Microsoft Defender SmartScreen instead of Kaspersky And when I download file from Browser it not getting Scanned in Real Time I'm not getting any notification when download file from internet Kaspersky scan completed or not I'm not sure may be it run in background task clarify me does it have a Real Time Scanning for Download File from Internet Kindly look into Phishing Site other AV blocks the Phishing Site when tries to Access when I using opentip.kaspersky.com it get notified me One URL Dangerous and other one it show Good

I'm intrigued by these two things that are present in another anti-virus and want to know if Kaspersky also includes them. I read this, but that seems to do with Enterprise security and I'm not sure if the home products include it.

Venceu meu total security e achei que poderia aguardar outra assinatura para comprar novam5. Percebi que um e-mail que haviam trocado meu e-mail de um serviço e logo me assustei. Fui enviar os documentos para revalidar e percebi que tinha senhas em alguns pdfs da minha máquina. Não havia grandes mudanças o pc até provavelmente perceberem que eu sabia da invasão. Comece aram a invasões massivas de muitas conexões de redes e troca de pastas de arquivos windows. Inicialmente desliguei conexão de Internet e salvei um pendrive com documentos e outro pendrivefiz para formatar e instalar o Windows. O pendrive novo ficou apenas com windows original e a instalação ficou pior. Tem dezenas de redes e arquivos que não consegui identificar se era um ransomware ou vírus e suponho s3r trojan com outros males que não sei identificar. Tenho outro PC que ao tentar fazer um pendriver bootavel foi ontami ado pois apresenta características semelhantes. Tenho um laptop antigo com tela quebrada que tem DVD e imagino ei usá-lo pra gravar u DVD reinstalar o SO e depois inserir o kaspersky. O estranho foi perceber no laptop a mesma coisa mas não havia i serido nenhum arquivo. Eu reinstalei no laptop e pc e ambos com malwares depois do movo SO. Não usei minhas contas originais na reinstalação mas criaram-se usuarios e muitos processos. Tenho um usb de um pc com windows limpo que aí dá não usei aguardando orientações. Os softwares free de remoção não en optaram erros apenas bloqueei as saídas diversas pelo firewall e foi formatado o HD e não tem arquivos para usarem, mas provavelmente eles possuem outros que vou avaliar depois. Vocês podem me auxiliar como fazer? Eu instalo o kaspersky Premium insiro a senha e dados pexxoIs com esse pc elaptop evidentemente i fectado ou formato antes? Eu tenho um pendrive com documentos de clientes e gostaria de saber como abrir pois vejo que .PDF, .documentos. xls e etc podem conter malwares como de o proceder? O pc de trabalho usa windows 10 xeon 18 cores 32gb de RAM rtx de vídeo. Estou usando Tablet com vpn e aparentemente limpo mas não sei se estão monitorando. Por favor qualquer orientação é bem vinda

Olá, atualmente eu tenho o Kaspersky Standard instalado no meu computador, faltam poucos dias para expirar e estou interessado no Kaspersky Premium, nesse caso se eu for adquirir o Premium antes do Standard expirar o Premium começará a funcionar de imediato somando os dias dele com os que sobraram do Standard?

Dears, At first, I've been using KS top of the line anti-virus for almost 6 years and currently using Total Security with 1month left to renew. I saw that Total Security is not available anymore and replaced with KS Premium, so I bought a license for 10 devices for 3 years however I refunded the product in less than a week. The reasons for cancelling the subscription and getting a refund is the UX is not great, I know this is subjective but KS Premium is advertised as family product. Also, I know there are work around for everything, but why do I have to go through that? and why I have to do the same thing on more than 5 PCs in different time zones. Issues made me refund the product (I never had these issues previously). The amount of notifications is insane. Virus news, Browser security issues,...etc. These not windows notifications but KS. The network warning thing. I don't remember exactly, but something around "Is this network yours" or something like that. I'm software developer and one of the annoying issue I ran into is KS spamy injection of calls in browser network and the solution was to uncheck a checkbox/flag to not do any injection. Many things changed in the UI that almost made any help on the internet useless. Password Manager, this was going to be a devastating issue. After installing KS Premium the old Password Manager identified the license, however after removing KS Premium, I lost access to the vault and I found out that my passwords weren't backed to cloud so I ended up loosing all of my password. Luckily, I had a backup on different PC. This is why I will never us KS Password Manager anymore or won't be using 2 products from the same company. New issue came up later on when I decided to give a shot to lower tier (Standard) were I hope it won't be spamy as Premium. I have between 6-7 PCs, so for Standard: I will have to buy 3 license (9 devices) - 2 years max Plus: I will have to buy 2 licenses (10 devices) - 2 years max (I really don't need VPN or Data Leak Checker on every PC, maybe 1 or 2 only) So, you end up in weird license/subscription scenario. I hope KS UX team consider that not every user should or suppose to be a techsavvy to know what on earth is going on and what are these notifications. Simplicity is a bless, notifications are a hell (unless you are in an office setup). I'm now evaluating different antivirus and password manager and I just wanted to give my feedback as I love and trust KS and I hope after a year KS 2024 will be better. Does anyone know how to delete Reports, or specify a time frame before they are cleared, like you could do in Total security? Online help says there is a "clear" button in the Reports page. I don't see one.

Добрый день! Мне пришло сообщение по Ватсапу о том интересуются товаром который я опубликовал на Юле. Ничего такого не могло быть и в помине. Номер засвечен только в мессенджерах для работы. Потом на ВК мне кроме моего стандартного аккаунта предложили войти под некоей женщиной. Запросил код для входа по телефону и вошел. Аккаунт удалил. Не знаю кто она была но номер телефона теперь мой. Официальный. Вопрос: не может быть такого что сообщение в Ватсапе это сигнал трояну о том, что мой номер для работы и аккаунты ВК связаны с одним и тем же человеком (то есть со мной) и дальше уже должны были срабатывать следующие шаги по взлому? Антивирус я купил, троян удалил без проблем. Но может тот человек в Ватсапе как то связан с создателем трояна? Кто-нибудь ловит их тут из сотрудников лаборатории? Вам нужна помощь? Если обратиться к правоохранителям есть ли перспектива поимки? Как правильно себя вести теперь? Может это зацепка.... Спасибо. -
Buenas noches. Tengo el siguiente problema. Windows defender me detecta un virus que Kaspersky Premium no. Me di cuenta que tenia el virus ayer alrededor de las 23, como tuve problema con robo de cuenta de Steam y tras intentar eliminarlo con Windows defender decidí comprar el Antivirus Kaspersky. Cuando realice el análisis completo me detecto 3 objetos no procesador los cuales elimine, luego procedí hacer otra revisión completa con Windows defender y me seguía mostrando el Virus y no lo puedo eliminar. Que me recomiendan hacer en estos casos? Ya cambie la contraseñas de todas mis cuentas mediante otro dispositivo ajeno. Adjunto pantallasos del windows defender y el Kaspersky.

Buongiorno, Ho installato Kaspersky premium su un MacBook Pro m1 con macOS 13. Una volta installato l’applicazione, il computer è diventato lentissimo ad avviarsi dopo aver inserito la password dell’urente. Passano anche diversi minuti prima che il computer torni a funzionare. Rimuovendo Kaspersky il Mac torna a funzionare, avviandosi immediatamente. Ho anche provato a ripristinare il computer alle impostazioni di fabbrica ma questo non ha risolto il problema. Come posso fare per risolvere questo problema? Grazie

Ok so I'll make this short, my software windows 11 was glitching for no reason, I already had kaspersky installed, it found nothing, also nothing weird in task manager taking alot of cpu or anything. I did decide to reset my pc, for some reason this time it took about 5 hours to complete. When opening the pc I wanted to run a scan from windows, it said something like "your IT has denied access", I installed kaspersky once again, after closing and reopening my PC the next day, at the first 10 seconds, there was a red alert at windows security, it said "Kaspersky is snoozed" at virus and threat protection, while firewall and network protection was also disabled. Then I guess kaspersky loaded and all the warnings disappeard. There might be a logical explanation, its that I'm just worried since this is the first time it has happend to me. Also, after installing a ram stack stick, my TPM is no longer found in my motherboard... not sure if that has to do with anything. I own kaspersky total security, kaspersky vpn and password manager.

Salve, ho un problema con l'estensione per browser: quando clicco sopra l'estensione, e quindi cerco di utilizzarla, mi risponde con l'immagine allegata. Specifico che ho un abbonamento Premium e che quando apro l'app del pc mi dice d installare l'estensione seppure io l'abbia già fatto. (Ho anche provato a disinstallarla e reinstallarla).

Hola, cómo están? Quería saber exactamente cómo desactivar la renovación automática a la suscripción de Kaspersky, ya que la tarjeta que está vinculada no es válida (la cambié) y quiero agregar otra. Lo que me está pasando es que, al hacer clic en "Detalles de pago" o en "Detalles" en donde está la tarjeta, me aparece este cartel, y no estoy seguro de si quiere borrar los datos de mi cuenta o algo parecido. Qué sería esta advertencia? Y qué debería hacer para cambiar la información de las credenciales de pago de la suscripción? Que pasaría si dejo la renovación automática activada y los datos de la tarjeta son inválidos? Gracias de antemano.

showing this error, not able to update database too, have already unistalled & installed 3 times, but still no solution, have already created ticket too: Kaspersky Technical Support - ID INC000015564799 Still no resolution from support too ... and due to this my MS Office got corrupted too, worse experience, never encounter this with Norton, thinking of going back to Norton, pls advice. -

Hello, Asking the community, as I've been running in EXHAUSTIVE CIRCLES with the support-experts at Kaspersky Labs support. Kaspersky Premium has been working, flawlessly, on an older desktop that I have reserved for kids and guests. Hence, why it's still on an older O/S. It's fully locked down, in regards to the standard User's ability to affect change. Point being, during the prior AUTO-installed Version-Update of Kaspersky Premium a few months ago, and without my consent, it (1) REMOVED my ability to access Parental Controls, (2) attempted but failed to auto-engage Kids Safe, and (3) REMOVED the prior settings I had engaged. You heard me correctly - Kaspersky now allows ANYONE to download EXE, ZIP et al. , contrary to my former settings / preferences. To provide added insight, I had long ago opted-out of their lackluster "Kids Safe". This action auto-enables the Parental Controls feature inside the main Kaspersky Premium app. The feature and its settings were working perfectly, prior to aforementioned auto-update, wherein I had settings such as DISALLOWING ALL users from performing downloads (such as EXE and ZIP), with the exception of the Local Admin. As stated, this was working flawlessly and is a standard security practice on any computer. The support team then asked me to manually install Kids Safe, providing me with a download URL to that installer. This doesn't work nor does it throw any errors or logs as to why .. it merely completes without any sign of Kids Safe being present - desktop icon, Start Menu, or on the hard drive itself. On my own, I did a FULL uninstall of Kaspersky Premium, rebooted, followed by a full install and from-scratch reconfigure. Despite this rigorous attempt, neither Parental Controls re-appeared .. nor did Kids Safe engage even after the app's initial launch prompted me about Kids Safe .. showing the PhD's review .. etc. NADA. The support team requested I provide them with a "Traces Archive" data-collection, using their support tool, to which I gladly obliged. They responded a week or so later with this: As most savvy users will note, this HKLM Registry area is NOT accessible for changes; not even for the Local Admin. I immediately responded, asking for insight on how that may be changed ... perhaps, by a special boot-time fix they could supply. This request was completely ignored. Instead, they next asked to Remote into my computer. As much as I do appreciate and promote Kaspersky Labs products, I don't wish to allow anyone into my private network ... especially, without even providing a hint as to their plan of action. Preposterous request, at best. The support team then asked me to perform the following steps, despite my (prior numerous times) disclosing that their app no longer prompts to "Restore Parental Controls" nor allows me to perform even a stand-alone install of Kids Safe! It is ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE that Kaspersky has not only removed my Parental Controls .. but their action has REVERTED my Security Preferences thereby allowing ANY user to download EXE, ZIP .. and, MOST DESTRUCTIVELY, drive-by downloads engineered specifically to exploit vulnerabilities on ALL O/S .. especially, those aged / out-of-support. This action has now forced me to bear the expense of replacing that entire computer with newer hardware and current O/S, as it's too old to properly host the demands of a newer O/S. Anyone with this experience, please opine.
