  4. Hi all, we are investigating, sorry for the trouble. As a workaround (if you absolutely trust the site) add the problem site to exclusions via Settings → Network settings → Trusted addresses → Add.
  5. Hi Flood, What then is the purpose/point of: Interface, Notifications, Notifications settings, Gaming Mode → Notify on Screen ? Please inform us as this is where the confusion arises from? Yep, we are already checking this point in frames of the same bug. Off hand it seems that this option “Notify on screen” is not needed for Gaming Mode, as no notifications are expected. Regarding Do Not Disturb mode vs Gaming Mode, Gaming Mode is triggered when there is an application (for example a youtube video or a game) in full screen. DnD mode functions regardless of the full screen, if a user works in some application actively, the product cancels updates/scans to keep the system resources for the user work.
  6. Hi @Xardas , The gaming mode works as it should (I just tested), there is no notification and no event in the report. As for notification, I believe there should not be any, since the point of gaming mode is to cancel all notifications not to interrupt the full screen mode. As for the missing event in the report, a bug has been submitted. When there is news, we (or Flood, as there will be a response in the incident) will update this topic.

  8. darkflus, thank you, I reproduced, checking with responsible team if we can influence the google search results. Flood, the Online Help & Knowledge Base, both have ‘outdated’ doco. This is a too general statement. Is there anything specific that you would like me to check/fix? check the actual application, installed on Windows 7, Help information redirect Redirect from the main window via “?”, right?

You can check by hovering the mouse pointer over the Safe Kids icon in taskbar or by right-clicking and selecting “About”. If you already sent a ticket to technical support, please PM me its number.
  17. Hi @o87 and all, The issue is fixed, the fix will be released with the next version of the product, which is expected in early 2022. There is nothing to worry with regards to this issue, it is only cosmetic and it does not influence the functionality of the product in any way.

  20. Let’s see, it says “The Premium version allows using the application full functionality for one My Kaspersky account only.”. It is here to provide additional information, e.g. reply a possible question: “How many My Kaspersky accounts can I use with Premium version?”. It is not a benefit of Premium version, as Free can be used with My Kaspersky account as well. The phrase “One My Kaspersky account can be connected to 100 children profiles and 500 devices.” is not related to Premium/Free differences, it is about limitations of My Kaspersky account + Safe Kids.
  21. Hello @Flood and Flood's wife , For KSK Free x and y should be the same: 100 and 500. The thing is that this limitation is not a limitation of functionality (having more than 100 children is not a very common situation), but rather a common sense limitation to prevent overload of the system. For example, if by mistake someone starts creating endless kids profiles, the process would stop at 100 profiles and not at 1.000.000.000 when there would theoretically be some problems processing such volumes of data.
  22. Hi @krischeu , The driver bddci.sys is related to BitDefender and can cause BSODs. This driver could be installed as a part of Web Companion. We recommend to uninstall Web Companion (if it is installed) to fix the issue. Hi @Hairy Scot, Can you create a full memory dump as per the instruction: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/diagnostics/12402 Put the dump into an archive (to reduce its size), then upload to some cloud and pm me the link to download the dump?
