  3. I switched to another security suite and thought that I had canceled my subscription with Kaspersky. But just recently I receive a notification on my phone saying that I will be billed $91 or something in June as an auto-renewal. So I am trying to reach someone, an actual person, mind you, not idiot AI, and of course I get fed back into the "Virtual Assistant" every time I try to contact an actual human being. HIGHLY unethical behaviour. I expect it from some Scammer company in Delhi, but I don't expect it from a company that is supposed to protect people from scammers! The irony is unbelievable. Deliberately hiding the means to unsubscribe is ILLEGAL. This is criminal behaviour.

  9. Hallo @Pappenheimer, willkommen. Tut mir leid, dass Du diese Erfahrung machen mußtest. Bei Kaspersky läuft das mit der Lizenzverlängerung aber etwas anders als bei einigen Mitbewerbern. Eine neue Lizenz wird nicht auf die verbleibende Laufzeit der alten aufaddiert, sondern der neue Key wird als "Reservelizenz" eingetragen. Die wird dann bei Ablauf der alten automatisch aktiviert, erst dann wird auch die neue Laufzeit von 1/2/3 Jahren angezeigt. Für Deinen Post zum Ärgerablassen hast Du das Forum gefunden. Hättest Du nicht auch zuerst Dein Problem schildern können?

  11. Bei mir das gleiche Spiel.Nutze KP seit vielen Jahren. Brauchte eine Verlängerung. Updates laufen auf Internet Security 2023 nicht mehr,wird "Neues" angeboten :-( Also über Amazon neu gekauft und installiert. Wird aber nicht verlängert und trotz Neuinstallation nur mit altemKey übernommen. Das heißt nur weiterhin noch 11 Tage!!, obwohl NEU installiert. Auf Mail wird nicht reagiert , DAS nenne ich Abzocke , bin sauer. Kaspersky runtergeschmissen und zu anderem Anbieter gewechselt. Bin gespannt wie Amazon auf meine Reklamation reagiert.
  12. @scope Den Defender kannst Du wieder auf Aus einstellen im 2 Bild, gehe dazu in die Option Microsoft Defender Antivirus-Option-Regelmässige überprüfung Ein und schiebe ihn nach links auf Aus.

  18. Hello @waheed111, Welcome! Are (you) referring to the Kaspersky Data vault OR Kaspersky Password Manager - both come with Kaspersky Total Security - neither come with Kaspersky Standard. Secret Vault is available only in Kaspersky Plus and Kaspersky Premium - read: Comparison of subscription plans IF (your) Kaspersky Standard subscription is less than 30 days, (you) may wish to request a refund from Kaspersky Customer Service, read: How to request a refund for a Kaspersky application, fill in the template as shown in the second image - then purchase Kaspersky Plus OR Kaspersky Premium.   20. Hi all, recently purchased Kaspersky Standard. i have a @ yahoo.com email address , and when i try to go to yahoomail.com it shows me the image attached. I trust yahoomail.com's certificate , and this error popup is annoying me a lot... What would I need to do to whitelist / "trust" this site's certificate? I still want to receive popup if a threat is detected when i am on this site, just dont want to get a popup saying this site has bad certificate, and be able to open the site directly as i used to do it. any help is appreciated ! Thanks. My Kaspersky plan is Standard, and application version is - 21.17.7.539, and i am using Windows 11.
