Hello. I hope you can help with an issue I am having. In simple terms, I listen to live football matches using my PC. Since the start of this football season in the UK I have been unable to listen to a football match. I suspect that the problem may be due to some network settings issue, but I am no expert. Can someone explain how I check that my Kaspersky Internet Security and Kaspersky Secure Connection software are not causiing the problem? Thanks Lee

I use hotukdeals for finding the odd bargain. Links posted by others on the site always showed the content of the link, but since installing KIS they now load a blank page. However they load okay if protection is paused. Does anyone know why this is happening or more importantly how to stop it happening?. Is there a setting that needs tweaking?

I have been using Outlook and accessing my Gmail account for a couple of years. Today, Outlook said that it disabled Kaspersky because it was taking too much time. Now Outlook cannot retrieve my Gmail emails. I deleted my gmail account in Outlook and re-entered it. Still did not work. HELP!

kav uses more and more memory over time. I kill it occasionally, but that has side effects*. It's restarted by macOS, It's important for any memory leaks to be addressed. Not just because of performance. Memory leaks are a sign of poor coding, which is a sign of poor security. *reports (false, I assume) that some components aren't running and I need to reinstall or contact tech support.

When I use the "email" command in MS Word to send an open document as an email attachment, via MS Outlook, the message gets sent, but the body of the email message is blank, i.e., the text is removed from it. Hi folks I have the following question: On my desktop I have KIS 2020 (20.0.14.1085). Recently came the patch d. What I found strange was that this update did not prompt me to restart my pc, nor on the reliability monitor is there any indication for a reconfiguration or update of the application or any other component. Hi, Today, I use Delphi XE3 to develop a small test program which uses TIdHttp VCL control. After compiling the program, my Kaspersky reports the compiled EXE file as a virus HEUR:Trojan.Win32.Agent.gen . I make some more tests, and find as long as the program uses TIdHttp VCL control, the compiled EXE will always be reported as a virus. I belive this should be a false positive report. Has anyone else notice such a problem? And how to solve the problem?

Hello everyone, after a BSOD I can now write it all again, forgive me some sloppiness. I am currently using KIS 18.0.0.405 and have encountered a severe problem although I do not know if the behavior is not intended. I have not seen this before at least on my machine. As of yesterday, KIS has apparently crashed for the 2nd time without notice within around one month, which I only realized after I hovered the tray-icon which would then disappear upon which I restarted KIS. Hello, I have KIS 19.0.0.1088d installed on my Windows 10 x64 1809 desktop and router forwarding port 22 from WAN to my desktop port 22 (I know its dangerous and I forget to close the port forwarding after I test something earlier this year). I have OpenSSH client/server installed on my Windows 10 (the ones provided by Windows) which allow I ssh connect my desktop from outside. Since then I notice that from time to time that Windows Defender/Firewall notify me they have themselves turned on because KIS snoozed. Hello, I have Kaspersky Internet Security 20.0.0.829 and macOS 10.14.6. KIS is having the default installation configuration. I have installed Microsoft Edge for Mac 77.0.235.22 (beta). I have tested the KIS's web filter using this resource https://www.eicar.org/?page_id=3950. If you download using the secure, SSL enabled protocol, Edge manages to download successfully the eicar_com.zip file. This should not happen. If you do this with Chrome, KIS's filter blocks the download attempt. I would assume that the KIS's filter should be an always on man in the middle no matter what application/script makes web traffic. Thank you!

Hi All, I have recently turned on the Application Guard to shield my Microsoft Edge session when browsing as I got a bitminer virus a while ago despite having Kaspersky which also deleted the whole of the antivirus files!!! (that's how I noticed I had an issue). Back on topic, does this affect the ability of Kaspersky to identify potential threats? Thank you very much!

I have just discovered that when loading any webpage in Chrome (Windows 10), Kaspersky SafeKids (v1.0.5.4096) injects JS script (with URL similar to: https://gc.ksk.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com/[some_kind_of_GUID]/main.js) EVEN when I am using Chrome when logged in windows account which is NOT monitored by Kaskpersky Safe Kids... How to disable this behavior? In my oppinion any type of tracking/monitoring should be disabled when logged in for non-child account!

I use KIS on several home PCs and tablets on a home network. The PCs are 2x W10, 1x W7, all 2.4G wifi. KIS is fully up to date everywhere, W10 is 1903. With one of the PCs, I am having problems making it discoverable on the network - it is set up to be so, but sometimes is and sometimes isn't. Also, file transfer from this PC is unreliable.
