My PC crashed so I reset to the original and reinstalled Kaspersky, but now Kaspersky is saying I can't use my activation code because of exceeding limit. How can I fix this problem so I can use my still-valid activation code again?

Hi I am running KIS 2020 20.0.14.1085(i) with Windows 10 X64 1909 b. 18363.720 I cannot access My Kaspersky, there is just a spinning logo with the words Loading... This might take a few moments. That continues for hours. I cannot login to get Support acces to raise a request for help with this problem. I get the same Loading... This might take a few moments. Hi, I’m sorry for the trouble, but I have a little issue with Safe Money when trying to open a bank website.. It never happened in the past, but now, with various browsers like firefox and chrome, when I try to open RBCRoyalBank website, there’s not prompt for action message, instead the website is opened directly via normal browser, without any prompting by Safe Money anymore.. I tried with other Banks websites, and there’s no problem, there’s always a prompting message asking if I want to open it via Safe Browser.. So, I’m really sorry for the inconvenience, but I would like to know if it’s my issue, or it’s the same for others too with this particular website bank..…

Hi, For a while now , I have detected a delay (lag) when comes to type something with my laptop`s keyboard, and specially when I open any remote desk session. In the beginning I blamed it to the number of tabs I have opened in Google Chrome + the extensions I have installed, but after deleting cookies, forms data, ... It remained in the same situation. Why kaspersky is installed as 32 bit app in 64 bit OS?? Kaspersy must identify which system is installed 32 or 64 and then install kaspersky 32 or 64 bit depends on OS.

When I try to do a full scan using Kaspersky Internet Security on my MacBook Pro (2017) with the latest Catalina installed it stays at 1% for hours on end. Is this normal? I also have Carbon Copy Cloner installed on an external drive and when it does its daily backup of my system I keep getting the following error. See attached screenshot. Hi, please add the following feature to App Lock: Option to add a time period in minutes how long you won't be asked again to unlock apps after you have successfully unlocked an app with App Lock. I think this would extend the usability of App Lock - actually you have to enter a PIN too offen (e.g. if you use App Lock for apps like WhatsApp). Would be great in next version of Kaspersky Internet Security for Android. Thanks in advance and best regards.

Hey other Kaspersky users. Is there any way to add right click firewall rules on applications/.exe files? And why aren’t all programs showed under Firewall Rules? Not only that, there is no “add new program rule” function as far as I can see.

Quickscan hangs on C:\Program Files\Realtek\Audio\HDA\RtkNGUI64.exe. When time remaining went from two (2) minutes to 27 minutes, I stopped the scan. I downloaded and ran TdssKiller. It flagged a file RTHDVCPL (LockedFile.Multi.Generic). Windows About shows I have Realtek PCle GBE Family Controller. Question: Do I need this file to run my sound system? Question: Should I go to the Realtek website, download the file and replace the one I have. Thank you for any help you can give.

Can someone please help me with the webcam settings on kaspersky IS 2019, as I seem to be going round in circles? I am trying to allow Skype access to the webcam, but I only want skype to have access, not any of the other apps. I followed the instructions in this forum which directed me here: https://help.kaspersky.com/KIS/2019/en-US/82864.htm but the last part requires me to disable the “Block access to webcam for all applications” function. Doesn’t this now allow all the apps access to the webcam? I still want all other apps to be unable to access the webcam, I only want Skype to be able to use it. Hi, I use KIS on android and recently my device picked up an unconfirmed crdownload, KIS identified it as an adware . I copied the file to my pc to analyse but my windows defender said it was a trojan virus. The very next day there was a stack trace file by KIS in my system. Considering what happened I'm thinking this is connected to the other incident. Can someone tell me about this trace file?

Hello, I using macOS Mojave 10.14.5 and KIS 19.0.0.294a.b.c.d. It happens very frequently to have the scanning (let it be Quick or Full) hang at the same object com.apple.telemetry. I'm unable to stop the scan too. The only resolution is to restart the machine. This issue was present on High Sierra too. Please advise. Thank you!

I downloaded a program called Reimage while trying to solve a connection issue. Since the name and the website seemed shady, i used my Kaspersky to scan the download exe. This scan came back as clean so i downloaded the program. But later when i searched more into this program on the web, i came across many examples and websites classifying this as a virus or a PUP. I just noticed, that I’ve got lots of blocked outbound traffic in my KIS 2020 logs, appearing each minute. They are UDP/TCP, going to ports 546, 547 and 5355. Remote address is sometimes listed as ff02::1:3. Local ports are 546, 547 and 55704. My system should be clean, and it’s tested weekly. I’ll run a USB boot stick scan to maximise testing, but IMO everything should be OK. What application/tool can I use to catch the program or service trying this connection? It might be totally harmless, but nevertheless -- I wanna see who’s doing it. I’m running Windows 10, fast insider.

I have just purchased the yearly 5 devices, two users license. It is going fine, but I have no idea how to add another user. Online keeps saying about console trees and I have no idea what that is, all that was downloaded with the ‘internet security’ app and the ‘password protection’ app I’m not sure if something was missed but any help would be appreciated. I would like to suspend or turn off Internet Security for troubleshooting purposes - to see whether Internet Security is causing an issue with another program. What is the easiest way to deactivate and reactivate the service? I have the current version.
