Kaspersky Internet Security

So, I opted for Kaspersky Internet Security and paid with my debit card but then the site showed some error so i tried with another debit card and it still showed error but the activation code came to my email later. The problem is the amount has been debited from both debit cards and therefore i have been charged twice while receiving activation code for only one. What can i do in this situation? can i get a refund?

After installing KIS, my event viewer posts this message on each boot up: Event ID 7006 -- The ScRegSetValueExW call failed for Start with the following error: Access is denied. Is this caused by KIS self-protection? Is there a bug somewhere?

Hi! Back in 2018, I have purchased an activation code for KIS (5 devices / 2years) Since then, I only actually used 3 out 5 device allowance. Now, I need to install KIS on another device and I see that latest KIS version is 2020 Is it possible to download and activate KIS2020 with my old (valid) key? I still got few months remaining. Or do I need to find an older version of KIS e.g. 2018 or 2019? In other words - is KIS license valid for all latest versions? For example, if I was to buy a 2yr license now and within those two years I can also download and activate KIS2021 / KIS2022 and so on? Thanks in advance

I have two mobile phones and two tablets covered by my Kaspersky internet security but when I look at the devices list on my windows pc it names them as tablet and tablet 1 / mobile and mobile 1 - how can identify the actual device so that I can give them a meaningful name

I want to enter the settings and the application asks me for a password - I enter it and send me that the password is incorrect. And my password to My Kaspersky is correct - I checked it out. Sorry for the language - Polish, but U knew what it's here.

Two times I face the same issue. First time I restrore laptop and install kapersky with activation code. Unfortunatealy I face the same issue after two month. situation is same. I forgot to shutdown the laptop and the laptop charge become low and it shutdown. Then i turn on the laptop kapersky not showing . Its just disappeared. windows diffender not showin any options.

Hi, I installed my Kespersy Internet Security on Laptop Lenovo 720. Its screen touch got faulty for which i formatted the laptop to factory setting by restoring it. When i reinstalled the kespersky it is not accepting my license and says the key is already used. I have the activation key as i purchased it and it has 200 days left. Thanks

I’m a developer and trying to get my nodejs backend website working on localhost:port, however i keep having kaspersky block the localhost address. how can i get this thing working without having to stop protection completely from kaspersky. Google search on this thing did not get me any real solution and this is getting to be really frustrating and pushing me my protection completely.

I had a a kaspersky internet security for 3 devices . i got a new device and wanted to replace one of the devices already added . So i removed the device i wanted to replace from my licence, but cant add/replace the new device on to my account .please advice

I reinstalled my OS and forgot to backup everything, my Kasperksy settings being one. I had the ports 26900-26905 added as a “Allow” packet rule under the protocol “All” before the re-installation and it worked perfectly; now I can’t remember nor find the solution as to how to put the port range correctly in the “Remote addresses” box. Edge chromium Insider and I keep getting this error message. I have exported the cert and added to the trusted certificate authority (local machine) but still getting that annoying error dialog. Also, why is my version of Kaspersky not updated to 2020 , given the expense of renewing my subscription. BTw the support request form is useless as not matter what I enter in the mandatory fields the submit/save button is not enabled - perhaps you should test this.

Hi, I have a .local domain in my house with a lot of computers on it running various services. Most of these services are accessed over https and they have self signed certificates. I would like to exclude anything on my terrapin.local domain from producing untrusted certificate errors. I have looked at manage applications and edge chromium, my browser, exclusions and do not scan, however that requires an IP address and I have my own DNS servers and domain names, so I do not use IP addresses, I would just like to exclude everything with dns sufficx .terrapin.local - is it possible, or can I make a suggestion that it should be possible? I have been using the Yi Desktop application for windows on one computer for several years and recently tried to install it on another desktop. After several attempts, I have ceased and wanted to check with Kaspersky to see what may have changed. My 2020 KIS will allow me to download the app, but stops the installation and then quarantines the download & request restart. Hello I accidentally clicked a link on my iPhone someone sent me, I searched the link and there was one site that said it was suspicious. I don’t have the full adress but the site was “analsexgifs.com”. A couple days after i clicked the link my phone screen went black and a loading symbol came up 5-10 seconds, then my lock screen showed again. I am worried I have gotten some kind of virus, can anyone check it? Thanks in advance!
