Kaspersky Internet Security

I’ve got a license for Kaspersky Internet Security but it won’t work when I downloaded the English version of the app, it only works for the Japanese version. Is there anyway to change the language to English? Shift+F12 doesn’t work.

After renewing license and downloading latest version. Neither Firefox nor Evernote would work. I would get a “Firefox is running but not responding” message. I tried to reinstall firefox but it would not install again. With regard to Evernote it would show in my task manager but would not actually run. MS Edge would work so the internet was still connected. Even when I disabled KIS they still would not work only a total uninstall of KIS has solved the problem. After uninstalling I managed to get Firefox and Evernote to work again. I reinstalled KIS and then again had the same problems with neither Firefox or Evernote working again so once again I uninstalled KIS and now …

I have my own domain imap.xyz.com which redirects to our email hosting service provider imap.abc.com Kaspersky gives error saying that the domain mentioned in the certificate (imap.abc.com) does not match the url (imap.xyz.com). How can I create an exclusion for the same?

Hello, i am a Kaspersky customer since 1998 but today and for the first time i am sick of it. I am using internet security and the number of pop up generated by KIS is just insane. KIS is supposed to protect me, not the opposite. If nothing is done to that Kaspersky pop up madness, 2020 will be my last year with any of your tools at home but also at work.. regards TL

Question as above. I have a 3 device license of KIS installed on one of my device and now would to share it with my wife who has her own device with her own My Kaspersky Account. Sharing a single account is obviously not ideal in terms of Security and Privacy. Thanks

Unable to stop the page gestyy.com. Kaspersky internet security does not detect it, nor identify it. The page pops up even when I'm on flight mode. Even downloading Malwarebytes did not work. I've done all what tutorials to remove it asked for in vain. Support is needed & why kaspersky unable to identify it & stop it? Thank you in advance

KIS keeps giving me a notification telling me to install the Kaspersky Protection add-on to Firefox. But when I try to Firefox tells me that it’s not recommended. Why is this happening, and could Kaspersky please do whatever is needed to allow Mozilla to recommend it? I’m using Firefox 73.0.1 and Windows 10 Home.

Hello, I come here to ask, this strange phenomenon that occurs with my KIS 2020. In the last two new patches, whenever the update took place, the KIS shuts down and after updating, it turns on again. This happened after I forced update H, where I did the following: 1. I disabled self-defense 2. I turned off the product 3. <deleted unsupported registry hack> 4. I started the product, activated self-defense 5. I updated antivirus databases 6. I restarted the computer However, I uninstalled and did a clean update of the KIS back to patch G. All updates run much less than those updated to the H and I patch where KIS 2020 turned off and on again.

KIS 17.0.0.611(n) has been working great with my current build of windows (1803) but there's no official statement whether the 'n' patch adds compatibility with Win 1903's security center. I know I should install the latest KIS anyway but I'd rather wait for it to receive more patches first.

My license is still active having 265 days before expiring date…. So, why there’s a red square with a RENEWAL asking write, on the top right of my 2019 KIS? (I’m still on v. 2019 cause I have a lot of settings for firewall, and I’m not so sure that I will be able to transfer them inside new 2020….) Hi, I have an IP-Cam in my private network and the video is to be displayed in a Browser (using Firefox, but checked also with others). The issue is, as long as Web-Antivir is ON, the video keeps black. Nothing on the screen. When Web-AV is switched off, the video is displayed as expected. With the 2020 upgrade the Kaspersky Protection extension is completely different. I no longer have the green shield but a green hexagon with the eye. The drop down box does not display what the green shield does and all I get is: This can read and change site data Options ( which is non clickable) Remove from Chrome Hide from Chrome Manage extension The on screen keyboard shortcut is no longer there, so I have to mess around trying to get it up. Hi, i installed the beta of firefox 74. After that i installed kis 2020 but then i am missing the kaspersky protection add on which was installed automatical with firefox 73. Is kaspersky protection not working with firefox anymore? why is it not installed by default?
