  1. Which KIS version & patch(x) are you trying to install with the newly updated Windows, refer: How to find the name and the version number of a Kaspersky application
  2. Read & follow: A Kaspersky application won’t start:
  • 💥Note, if you uninstall KIS, make sure you only save the License information, do not check any other check boxes, leave all other check boxes blank!!💥

Please let us know the outcome?

Hi @devesh2

Are you on Windows 11? 

If yes, please try this: 

- Click Start
- Type 'Turn' and choose 'Turn Windows features on or off' in the search results
- Select checkbox for .NET Framework 3.5
- Click OK, and follow the steps to download and complete installation. 

Will the issue persist after these steps?
