application not starting, closing automatically after some pause

i recently updated my windows, now i am having a problem i.e. application is not starting, after some pause it is closing automatically. any solution please...

1. Which KIS version & patch(x) are you trying to install with the newly updated Windows, refer: How to find the name and the version number of a Kaspersky application? 
2. Read & follow: A Kaspersky application won’t start:

• 💥Note, if you uninstall KIS, make sure you only save the License information, do not check any other check boxes, leave all other check boxes blank!!💥

Please let us know the outcome?

Hi @devesh2, 

Are you on Windows 11? 

If yes, please try this: 

- Click Start
- Type 'Turn' and choose 'Turn Windows features on or off' in the search results
- Select checkbox for .NET Framework 3.5
- Click OK, and follow the steps to download and complete installation. 

Will the issue persist after these steps?

@Igor Kurzin Hello, kaspersky will automatically download requested feature or? As i remember in Windows 10 after fresh install of Windows and then kaspersky will notice me new window and i click download and install.

Speaking of .Net, yes, during the Kaspersky installation you can download and install .Net. 

In this situation we are dealing with consequences of an update from Microsoft, this issue.
