  1. Which KIS version & patch(x) are you trying to install with the newly updated Windows, refer: How to find the name and the version number of a Kaspersky application
  2. Read & follow: A Kaspersky application won’t start:
  • ?Note, if you uninstall KIS, make sure you only save the License information, do not check any other check boxes, leave all other check boxes blank!!?

Please let us know the outcome?

Hi @devesh2

Are you on Windows 11? 

If yes, please try this: 

- Click Start
- Type 'Turn' and choose 'Turn Windows features on or off' in the search results
- Select checkbox for .NET Framework 3.5
- Click OK, and follow the steps to download and complete installation. 

Will the issue persist after these steps?
