Hola a todos. Tengo un caso que se me está presentando, tengo el servicio Kaspersky Security Cloud y realizando la instalación del paquete de distribución a una computadora me sale el siguiente error 27220, investigando esto tiene problemas al instalar su driver Klwfp y no deja instalar el KES sólo instala su agente de red. Se realizaron las siguientes pruebas y todas con el mismo resultado del error: -Instalación del nuevo paquete cambiando idioma para descartar problemas con el paquete. -Comprueba si tienes otro antivirus pero no lo tienes. -Verifica que Windows Defender no esté interrumpiendo el instalador y desactívalo. -Borra cualquier registro que tengas del antivirus anterior -Instala versiones separadas de antivirus 11.8, 12.3 y 12.4 con el mismo resultado. -Las actualizaciones de Windows Update se desinstalan para descartar conflictos relacionados. Los pasos anteriores se realizan reiniciando la computadora. La verdad no se que hacer, esto se presenta como en la versión 12.4 y 12.5 de kaspersky ya 2 meses y sigo sin encontrar solución.

Короче говоря, хочу узнать минусы этой защиты, а то везде описаны только плюсы. Что сам заметил, так это то, что эта защита по любому переходу (пуку) генерит отчёты в антивирусе, на каком сайте меня "защитили", а эта информация ничем не защищена (посмотреть может любой человек имеющий доступ к ПК) и неизвестно каким партнёрам она может отправиться. Т.е. я оплачиваю подписку, нажимаю на чудо опцию, меня "защищает" каспер, но при этом все эти данные остаются у него и могут они уйти партнёрам, я правильно понимаю?

I've been using the free software Hybrid (https://selur.de) for years, without a problem. While Kapersky has thrown false positives for this software, its approach is now aggressive and forces "disinfecting" of vital components, so that I can't use the software. I was hoping that this could be fixed before I was left with no choice but to uninstall Kapersky.
