Hello, good morning all. I'm having an issue with VPN after recent update. I am traveling internationally next week and need to use a VPN Thailand's server but Thailand server disappears from my Kaspersky VPN. FYI / I'm using VPN version 21.23.6.614-2 (a) Thank you.

Unfortunately, after Kaspersky VPN was moved to the PureVPN infrastructure, the service has become practically unusable for me. The protocols and servers provided by PureVPN do not work properly in my country, and a stable connection cannot be established. As a result, I can no longer use the VPN for gaming or other important purposes as I did before. This change appears to have been made without considering the situation of users in different regions, and it feels highly unfriendly to customers. I had been using Kaspersky VPN because of its good quality and stability, but the forced transition to PureVPN has caused a major drop in performance and significant dissatisfaction. I kindly request that the Kaspersky team review this issue and consider either returning to the previous infrastructure or providing an effective alternative solution.

is there a way to secure the login to vault with a passwordless feature? If we want to secure the vault of passwords, it should be possible to unlock it with a 2 factor authentication for example. the aim to have a password manager is to manage our passwords. the login to the vault password manager is too critical to treat it lightly.

Здравствуйте, покупал на оффициальном сайте kaspersky.ru или . com, уже точно не помню, версия программы последняя, я пробовал переустанавливать ее и всеравно не работает, я лично проьовал только ютуб и дискорд на всех странах которые там были(8)

В России Ютьюб не запрещён, Meta признана экстремистской, но сам инстаграм не запрещен. В телеге наш господин Медведев регулярно Трампа подкалывает. Просто какие-то деятели из Роскомнадзора решили ограничить свободный доступ к информации. В Европе похожая ситуация с RT, он тоже везде заблокирован. Происходит фрагментация всемирной паутины. У каждой страны теперь свой суверенный интернет. Но это не отменяет того что ВПН должен работать, а он нифига не пашет. Деньги заплачены, продукт некачественный.

Третьи сутки пошли как приложение не работает. Поддержка молчит. Что происходит вообще? Нас добросовестных клиентов просто бросили, так получается ? Спасибо за информацию. Все открытые сайты и так доступны, без всякого KSC. "Новая" версия приложения стала просто бесполезна, она не выполняет своих функций. Деньги потрачены впустую. Нас попросту кинули, позор...

Ребят, чтоб вы понимали, если купить российскую лицензию, VPN будет работать только на разрешенных Россией сайтах. Никакого Ютуба, Инстаграма, торрентов не видать. Мы купили, и с Германии не заходит, как и с других стран из очень урезанного списка.

You're right. I noticed this today, too. I hope they fix this issue so we can use the VPN without any issues like before. Otherwise, I think I'll have to find a new VPN..

Hello. I had a Kaspersky VPN that was working perfectly. With the latest update, my NAT setting for online games was changed from "Moderate" to "Strict." I'm experiencing significant lag and increased ping in games. I also noticed that some important settings in the program settings have been removed. (Catapult Hydra and Wireguard options have been removed.) - (DNS configuration page has been removed.) I kindly ask you to fix these issues as soon as possible. I don't want to look for another VPN. Thanks

Hmm... and they simply don't have enough locations. What a let down.

All the nice things we can do in the VPN such as Double VPN, lots of servers, gaming servers, router VPN thins, all gone and now you are gonna give our datas to PureVPN? Like... you guys suppose to protect us from viruses and if you guys giving VPN, you should protect our most important datas from others, especially companies like PureVPN and the owner company of PureVPN. It really makes me doubt about Kaspersky. Did anyone go and check the PureVPN's website? Go and see, it screams like a scam. And not just that, did anyone check the PureVPN's history? Or the owner of that company? Or your privacy policy about the VPN? It is actually funny and makes me think like Kaspersky doesn't think about the customers at all. I don't even talk about all the issues people are having here. I concern more about privacy and it looks like Kaspersky's new VPN service doesn't have any privacy. I'm really sad to see this since I really liked Kaspersky and using it for years and now, I don't even know. I'm certainly not gonna use the VPN until if you change but other than that, I even consider stop using Kaspersky for all even I really like it. I hope you guys will change your mind and change this not funny joke for all and make it go back to usual or at least change to trusted company, not PureVPN or VPNs like that, please. I want a trustful VPN service. And the privacy policy, that say us to go and check their(PureVPN's) privacy policy and saying not taking any responsibility? It is really really sad to see...

Çift VPN özelliğinin kalkacak olması, serverların neredeyse %20 civarı azalacak olması, router'a VPN kurulamayacak olması, protokolü seçemeyecek olması ve daha da önemlisi... PureVPN gibi geçmişi kirli, altında olduğu şirketin daha da kirli olduğu bir VPN şirketine geçilmiş olması. Kaspersky gibi bir güvenlik şirketinin bunu daha iyi bilmesi gerekiyor, ufak bir araştırmada ortaya çıkan bu durumları kendisine güvenen, güvenlik için kullanan birçok kullanıcıya böyle yapması... Gerçekten çok üzücü bu durum. Tüm güzel özelliklerinin kalkmasının yanı sıra böyle güvensiz bir altyapıya geçilmesi beni hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Ben bu servise para ödememiştim, para ödediğim özelliklerin birçoğu gitti. Bence bu yapılan büyük bir ayıptır.

reporting in: i logged into kaspersky website, selected the vpn tab to download and install it. I simply launched and continued the installation saying it would remove the previous version. Restarted once prompted then agreed to the new license agreement. and well it was shaky at first. dnsleaktest.com still does not work. initially youtube didnt work either. i tried my bookmark link to a song from youtube but the dns failed to find the site. then i tried youtube.com, the UI loaded but showed internet not connect for the video feed. then i tried to sign in, it took a hot minute but finally everything's working for youtube while signed in. @Flood and Flood's wifemay you please mark your reply as the correct solution? if possible ^ ^ The VPN state is not perfect but much better. I have hope this will be resolved shortly 🥳 thank you support and devs 🥰
