How to stop auto renewal of Kaspersky subscription (Internet Security)

How to stop Kaspersky from automatically renewing?

(New Zealand subscription).

I cannot find any way to do this under My Kaspersky / Subscriptions

There are various Kaspersky sites that describe how do this, such as https://support.kaspersky.com/KPC/1.0/en-US/231328.htm, but the instructions don't work.

Hi Derek.  Not sure if you already found a response or not.  I've just managed to finally work this out after trying to cancel last year, and also finding the info provided did not work.

When you get the renewal email, with order number & password, click the link provided to 'change payment information'.   This will take you to a page with your billing address and card details etc.   Towards the bottom there's a link for 'back to main help page', click that and you'll be taken to a FAQ type page...select the cancel auto renewal option and you'll be taken to another page, where you need to input the order number and password from the email they sent.   Once in there, click the cancel button (not manage subscriptions) and this will remove the auto renewal.  

Not easy at all, but so glad I finally found out how to do it.   Good luck
