В версии 11.113.4.11893 в продукт добавлен функционал кто за мной следит. Данный функционал требует держать блютуз постоянно активным, вот на бюджетных смартфонах с устаревшей версией ОС это явно лишнее т.к. есть риск взлома. В итоге так и непонятно зачем функционал продукта требует блютуз

Нормальный Team Viewer - это не вредоносный файл. Может антивирус правильно говорит и желательно к нему прислушаться? Прикрепите хотя бы скриншот, где будет видно, что по этому поводу антивирус сообщает.

Какую-либо оптимизацию системы KD наверняка выполняли? Там же масса всевозможных фич есть, и как это все будет восприниматься системой и другими программами - никому неизвестно. Можете поискать компонент антивируса, при отключении которого проблема исчезнет (интернет-защита, проверка защищенных соединений, сетевой экран - эти проверьте в первую очередь).

Я скачал Team Viewer и Анти-вирус говорит что файл вредоносный. Когда я нажимаю "Игнорировать" Анти-вирус не реагирует и дальше показывает надпись что файл вредоносный и просит удалить. Кто знает что делать помогите пожалуйста

У Вас на гифке в трее виднеется Kerish Doctor, я правильно понял? Если да, попробуйте для начала его выгрузить. У меня Кериш покупной. Обновляется постоянно. Попробовал отключить-результата нет. Всё равно блокируется.

Is it Safe Browsing module actually the problem? If You disable only that module, the URL is loading fine? Then the problem is because not using https, anyway it seems the exclusion of K. in scanning encrypted connections does the trick so...

IF *another* browser is used, is there also no iStorm showing in the KPM extension *but* the (correct) username & password & the dud username are *offered* in the iStorm login fields? Hi again, thanks for replying. I am searching in the actual vault (KPM app) not in the browser - (I know it sounds strange, it's really weird, presumably a bug). I have sync'd (it auto syncs but I checked also). I tried to take a screenshot to show you all is up to date but it seems that KPM cleverly prevents screenshots whilst open. You asked "iStorm cannot be found in the actual KPM vault application, on the computer", is that accurate please? " Yes, that is accurate. Autosave & autofill is ticked for 1. logins & password & 3. Bank cards (not 2. addresses). Thinking ahead, I thought you would recommend next that I reinstall this app on my PC so as I also use the iPhone and iPad KPM app every day I tried searching on that and it also doesn't appear there. The common denominator then is the website itself and the main thing I can think that's different to maybe all other sites is that it's mainly in Greek language (I have to use Google Chrome translate on the site). I did wonder whether it has saved in KPM in the Greek alphabet but when visiting the site the URL is in English as you can see from my screenshots. I did try translate and searching for 'καταιγίδα' in case but no luck. I have tried in KPM app scrolling down all entries to letter 'i' but there's nothing for istorm there. I am looking in 'all' and not 'favourites' It doesn't seem to appear in 'recents' but not all recent sites do (upon testing). Strangely when trying to log in on iPhone, tapping on the login name/email which displays the 'key' icon above the keyboard, on tapping the key which opens KPM app, it says 'no matching password' and 'show passwords' can't find it in search. Only the Chrome browser on PC recognises the website address and gives me the green KPM icon as per screenshots you've seen. I can't think of any other info to help identify this strange issue.

Hi @scope, Anfang März tauchte das Problem bei mir auch auf, wie im englichen Thread mit dem Bericht der Firewall. Das war noch die 21.16.6.467(b), das Problem ist also schon älter. Abhilfe brachte das Löschen aller Berichte, dann ist aber wirklich auch alles weg. Solltest Du einzelne aufbewahren möchten, geht das nur über den Export. Ein Wiedereinlesen ist nicht möglich. Seither klappts wieder...

Not TLS/SSL decryption causes stream response not working. Even I use the fully http version of this demo website, when safe browsing is enabled, Kaspersky will also make this website not loading properly. I can just add "localhost" to trusted urls to get my local development experience right. But this also let other local endpoints escape from detection. The most important of which is Kaspersky default settings can make this website not loading properly. I have never modified network related settings before.

Я проверял в Win 11 на версии 21.18 и последней официальной версии KD с дефолтными настройками и реал-тайм работой - проблем не возникло. Но что у Вас за версия, какие "исправления" были применены - мы не знаем. Проверьте, находится ли эта программа в Доверенных (если нет - переместите). В общем, я бы в эту сторону еще покопал.

А запуск без графического интрефейса предусмотрен?

@Tschekker damit wollte ich sagen, dass es in Ordnung ist, dass es immerhin funktioniert, auch wenn es nicht richtig protokolliert wird. Aber ja, kann dir nur zustimmen, eigentlich sollten Programme weniger Fehler haben. Sieht man ja auch an meinem Teamviewer Thema, drei unterschiedliche Verhaltensweisen von Kaspersky beim Selbstschutz.

Ich habe es geschafft. Die 3 Geräte Lizenz läuft erst einmal. Die 1 Geräte Lizenz habe ich deaktiviert. Dies lässt sich aber nicht aus dem Account entfernen. Jedoch ließen sich dann alle Geräte auf die 3 Geräte Lizenz zuordnen. Beim PC musste ich Kaspersky VPN deinstallieren und neu installieren, dann war auch der PC über Unlimited VPN erreichbar. Den Wechsel des Accounts von der 1 Geräte Lizenz gehe ich davon aus, das diese jetzt vom Support durchgeführt werden kann. Eine Auswahlmöglichkeit habe ich jetzt überhaupt nicht mehr. ich kann Geräte zwar zuweisen jedoch keine andere Möglichkeit. Leider habe ich jetzt keine Zeit sonnst hätte ich jetzt einmal versucht, den Laptop der derzeit noch keine Kaspersky Plus Lizenz hat, die 1 Geräte Lizenz zuzuweisen. Wäre schon cool wenn das Funktionieren würde, allein, da ich Kaspersky Passwort Manager auf allen Geräten insbesondere für Offline Passwörter benutze. Vielen Dank an alle die sich hier an der Lösung des Problems beteiligt haben.

Can You post the added Exclusions, please? I would like to see the exact URL added. It's not a bug I guess, the problem here is that K. tries to scan the encrypted connections, and it breaks / blocks the connections if not a proper certificate. Ok, You can try these 2 additional workarounds: 1.- Disable completely Scanning Encrypted Connection setting, but this is a very radical solution, that would lower the security in different K. modules. 2.- We can try to exclude the scanning of encrypted connections for the browser where You run the tests, but only for localhost. 3.- We can try to create a mask that would include all the URL tested, if there is a common pattern in all of them.

Hallo @Juliuscesar , Da geb ich dir vollkommen Recht. Wenn deine Lizenz noch aktiv, also nicht abgelaufen, ist kannst Du sie auch nicht löschen. So versteh ich den Hinweis zumindest. Ist alles sehr ärgerlich. LG Tschekker

Yes, .NET Blazor stream rendering works when I add the url to trusted addresses. But It's really complex that I should manually add the trusted domain name for each .NET Blazor website. Is it a bug in safe browsing that breaks general HTTP stream response? Or downloading all chunks inside Kaspersky to scan then returning to the client are by design?

(ioo) a good decision, reading thru the Kaspersky Safe Kids for Mac, Types of restrictions for your child, Safe Search, there's an *additional* proviso: "Kaspersky Safe Kids supports Safe Search in the following search engines: Google (including "Ok Google"), Bing, Mail.ru, Yandex, Yahoo! and YouTube. Important: If the child searches for something using the Google search engine in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, the Safe Search option does not work and the search request is not displayed in the reports on My Kaspersky. You can set Safari as the default search browser for your child or disable the HTTP3 (QUIC) protocol in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox to allow Safe Search to work." Clearly Safari is the easiest browser to use, without all this mucking around (ioo) & we have not made these changes & have found no Safe Search, Chrome, Firefox issues, however IF (you) wish to disable QUIC for Google Chrome & Firefox, the steps are as follows: Disable the HTTP3 (QUIC) protocol in Google Chrome In Chrome address bar type: chrome://flags Scroll OR search for Experimental QUIC protocol Toggle setting to Disabled. Disable the HTTP3 (QUIC) protocol in FIREFOX In the Firefox address bar, type about:config Search: network. http. http3. enable. Toggle setting to False 2. Related to KSK, none that are documented. Our advice is simply that Kaspersky has provided the *recommended* browsers, using browsers that are not supported may end in unreliable information from KSK, that may = the child is not protected & OR, the parent is not notified when they need to be - both of which defeat the purpose of KSK (ioo).
