Не работает кнопка "Игнорировать" при обнаружении угрозы

Я скачал Team Viewer и Анти-вирус говорит что файл вредоносный. Когда я нажимаю "Игнорировать" Анти-вирус не реагирует и дальше показывает надпись что файл вредоносный и просит удалить.

Кто знает что делать помогите пожалуйста

Нормальный Team Viewer - это не вредоносный файл. Может антивирус правильно говорит и желательно к нему прислушаться? Прикрепите хотя бы скриншот, где будет видно, что по этому поводу антивирус сообщает.
