  2. Hello! I've been facing an issue for like 2 months or so. My mobile VPN was working just fine for 2 years but suddenly it stopped working. It's fine if I'm connecting to my wi-fi but it's stuck in infinite loop of "connecting" state if I'm using my mobile internet. Why could that be? My app is up to date by the way.
  3. Hi everyone! I recently moved to Linux, and have seen that the VPN can be, or at least was, configurable with OpenVPN. Kaspersky not supporting with any package Linux is sad, while I've always enjoyed the Kaspersky Standard on Windows, is it possible to use the VPN with third party software?
  4. Grüß euch, ich habe ein Kaspersky Premium jahresabo letztes Jahr für 3 Geräte geholt, das VPN hat super funktioniert. Vor einer woche habe ich mein fast ausgelaufenes abo gekündigt und ein neues jahresabo für 5 geräte geholt. seitdem ist auf dem laptop die funktion "Double VPN" verschwunden und die server sind von ca.180 auf 87 reduziert worden. woran kann das liegen/ kann ich das noch wiederherstellen? Die Verbindung funktioniert zudem auch sehr schlecht.

  6. Recommend against buy Kaspersky. They are not keeping up with technology. For over 6 years, they have been writing about ARM architecture and for 1.5 years, they have been saying they are upgrading so their products can work with laptops using ARM. But they can't do it still, so you are wasting your money if you buy from them. I was convinced to upgrade to Premium and it won't work with my new laptop. Calling them Kaspersky KRAP now.
  7. Olá a todos(as), Possuo um controle pessoal financeiro e uma das coisas que sempre me deixa na mão é encontrar e saber dados financeiros do Kaspersky. Só é possível saber informações do valor sendo cobrado da assinatura quando chega o dia, porém, gostaria de saber se é possível ter acesso a essas informações correspondentes à minha assinatura, como assinaturas que já foram pagas e o valor previsto. Seria interessante também verificar se houve alguma eventual alteração no valor da cobrança. Sou usuário dos serviços da Kaspersky desde 2021, se não me falha a memória, e achei interessante compartilhar essa dúvida com os demais. Abraço!

  9. We have all been struggling with VPN and DNS issues after the recent update to Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection which involved integrating PureVPN into its services. After 8 days waiting for this issue to be resolved I can no longer justify spending any more time dealing with an unreliable and intermittent VPN, so have uninstalled it and paid for a month with another provider. As a Kaspersky loyalist who has used Kaspersky's products for nearly a decade, and never had any of my systems breached under Kaspersky's guardianship, I find having to uninstall their VPN immensely disappointing. For those of you still struggling with issues like intermittent VPN access, zero access or partial access to some sites (YouTube and Google Maps among others in my case) and your DNS malfunctioning, in my view this cannot be solved at the users end as it is an issue Kaspersky's integration of PureVPN's servers into it's security architecture. * IT IS TIME FOR KASPERSKY LAB TO RESPOND I am formally requesting that an OFFICIAL UPDATE from Kaspersky Lab is sent to all users of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection via email to clarify the nature of the remaining issues and when they can be expected to be solved. In my view 8 days of a virtually unusable VPN is a serious enough failure to maintain an internet security component that a FULL ROLLBACK of the update needs to be considered until the developers find a 100 percent functional and permanent solution to the issue. In the meantime, having reluctantly uninstalled Kaspersky VPN, I can now get on with my work with a 100 percent reliable VPN. For the reader, let me know what you think, or if you have come across any solution that works for you. * Once Kaspersky Lab issues a statement on the issue as requested above I will download and test Kaserpsky VPN Secure Connection again, because, as I say, I am a Kasperksy loyalist and still believe their security suite is the Gold Standard in internet security.
  10. Arkadaşlar şöyle bir çözüm denedim oldu.Telefonum ve Pc'den wifi ayarlarına girip dns sunucumu 8.8.4.4 olarak değiştirdim ve bağlantı kurdum Şu an için sorunsuz bağlanıyor hala problem yaşayan arkadaşlar denesinler muhtemelen olacaktır.
  11. Just subscribed to Kaspersky Plus for 3 protected devices, and product description includes VPN functionality. Kaspersky is working fine on my PC with VPN, however, VPN functionalities are not available on my Phone App (Android - Kaspersky VPN and AntiVirus). I tried downloading Kaspersky Fast Secure VPN but only notification that the Karspersky App already had VPN functionalities. How can I use the VPN?

    Bei mir sind seit der Aktualisierung einige Features bzw. Länder weg, ohne Erklärung. Wenn alles so besteht, werde ich ein anderer VPN-Dienst suchen.

Recent update to the app, all the usual nonsense with the recent merger with PureVPN (fewer servers, rubbish speed) That I can just about live with but now the entire VPN facility on my phone has vanished. Tried installing the standalone VPN app and it tells me it's included in the main app. Not anymore apparently. Seriously unhappy here and unlikely to renew my long-standing licence at this point.
  15. Son güncellemeyi yaptıktan sonra VPN bağlanıyor ekranında takılı kalıyor ve hiçbir sunucuya bağlanmıyor. Şu hâliyle tamamen kullanılamaz durumda.

    yeni sözleşmeyi onayladıktan sonra bir türlü vpn'e bağlanamıyorum. hangi ülkeyi seçersem seçeyim, her ne kadar beklersem bekleyeyim bağlanmıyor. çözümü var mı? çok can sıkıcı bir durum.

  19. Здравствуйте! У меня активная подписка Kaspersky Plus (оплачена до конца августа 26 года ). До вчерашнего дня в VPN было 85+ стран, включая Украину, Турцию, Аргентину и т.д. — всё работало идеально. Сегодня захожу: - без входа в аккаунт (гостевой режим) — видно все страны, включая Украину - как только логиняюсь в свой plus аккаунт — список серверов урезается в 3–5 раз, Украина и ещё куча стран просто исчезают Переустанавливал приложение, чистил кэш, выходил/заходил в акк, перезагружал комп — нихера не помогает Версия - новейшая , на айфоне и пк пользуюсь Это что за херня ?Что за кидалово ? Я за Plus бабки плачу именно за полный список серверов и неограниченный трафик, а не чтобы мне половину стран вырезали при входе . Верните все серверы обратно или хотя бы объясните, почему так происходит и что за херня такая . Жду срочного ответа, потому что VPN сейчас вообще бесполезный у меня

  23. Hi, let's get straight to the point. When I turn on my VPN, I always choose the fastest connection option, and there are two different servers. Sometimes I get a good server, but most of the time, I get the slowest server with an unstable ping. M247 server is the slowest server (for me) which means ping is not stable . Cogent Communications is the fastest and most stable server (for me) When I change the protocol, I sometimes get a good server, but not always. and I want to use the Cogent Communications server all the time and I need help with this. How can I join this server all the time?
  24. Добрый день! Win 11 24H2, Версия KSC 21.22.7.466-1 (c), лицензия. Проблема началась сегодня, при попытке подключения выдаёт ошибку "Пожалуйста, проверьте настройки брандмауера и виртуального адаптера". Проверял настройки адаптеров, чистил кеш днс и т.п. к сожалению ничего не помогло. Через протокол WireGuard он подключается, но трафик не проходит т.е. ни одна страница не грузится. На других устройствах приложение работает корректно.
  25. При включённом режиме "VPN-соединение для избранных приложений" и выбранных Chrome и Telegram KSC зачем-то перехватывает 25 порт (smtp), пинги (icmp) Получить почту по IMAP могу, отправить нет.
