  1. I got the Kaspersky email several weeks back notifying me of the automatic mid-September transfer of me to UltraAV. It's now mid-September and I have not received the transfer email from UltraAV yet. Has anyone gotten the automatic transfer yet? I'm getting nervous because the drop-dead date for Kaspersky is drawing close.
  2. Anyone have tips on converting the Kaspersky password text file export into CSV format? I'm annoyed as F*ck that I have to do this because Kaspersky is being forced to leave the US market. I've got hundreds of passwords. I've decided upon a replacement password program, and they have a support document describing how to migrate Kaspersky passwords, but their import requires CSV format. It's going to be quite a slog since Kaspersky doesn't export in a delimited format. Anyone have tips on how to convert using, for example, Excel? Also, until I complete the conversion having all my passwords in a file in plain text is f*cking dangerous as hell. Thanks.
  3. I’ve use Kaspersky password vault for years and have over a hundred passwords. The US is banning Kaspersky. Grrr 😡. Has Kaspersky come out with guidance on what the heck I need to do. Are they only banning new sales? Will my yearly renewal go through? Is it going to suddenly stop working? HELP!
  4. I am constantly getting this message in the title from my Kaspersky VPN. I cleared my browser cache and uninstalled reinstalled the VPN which I saw as a suggestion on your forumbut that is not solving the problem. Happens when I do not even have any browser or other app open Help
  5. Enabling Anti-phishing (I have the VPN disabled) on my iPhone now causes many apps (eg, Reddit, YouTube, Twitter) and video websites to not work. This is a new issue. I try to keep Anti-Phishing enabled as much as possible on my phone, particularly when browsing the web. This has started being a problem only in the last several weeks or so.
