Hi @ChulaT, I assumed that we have a FF problem here. What other programs are affected in your case? -
Unable to run Kaspersky Password Manager
Schulte replied to billferns's topic in Kaspersky Password Manager
Hello @billferns, Through @Bernys preliminary work I also have a question: on your desktop I can't see any icon for the password manager. Can you please open Windows Explorer and navigate to 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Password Manager 9.0.2`? Does the directory exist? Can you find a 'kpm.exe' (about 740 KB) in it? If yes, please double-click it. What happens? -
Kaspersky Total Security block keyboard input in Firefox.
Schulte replied to lucy99's topic in Kaspersky Total Security
Hello @ChulaT, Welcome. Can you please try the following: disable all FF add-ons restart FF If the input works, turn on the add-ons one by one again and restart FF each time. -

Secure traffic in Window Operating System not monitored
Schulte replied to Jimbo1249's topic in Kaspersky Security Cloud
Hello @Jimbo1249, hello @Guill19, user @Krümel posted a possible solution, but I can not test it: Close FF/TB go in KL product to 'settings->network settings->Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird' and select 'Use Mozilla certificate store'. Save settings open FF/TB close FF/TB select again 'use Windows certificate store (recommended)’ save settingsWith a little luck the message is gone now. -
Hello @RG88, Thanks for the screenshots. But next time please do not use .doc, these files are unnecessarily large and also dangerous (embedded macros). Better would be PDF. About the messages: 1: You have probably activated the option to scan encrypted archives. This only works if you have the key for the ZIP archive. A Kaspersky password does not help here. Since these are obviously files attached to spam mails, you should not open them under any circumstances. 2: You have probably enabled the option to scan files in email formats. This is not the default and I would not do it. When Kaspersky cleans the mailboxes, errors can happen and the mails are lost. 3: You have an installation file for another AV program (probably AVG) on your computer. Since it is not useful to have two AV products installed at the same time, this .exe is labeled incompatible.

Hello @ucedillo, Welcome. The support page for home users has some changes. I guess the page for business products has been changed as well. Please have a look at this topic, maybe there are similarities. Link -
How do I stop Download Denied?
Schulte replied to AlphaPhunction's topic in Kaspersky Internet Security
As an addition to @Bernys post: the URL 192.168.0.31 belongs to your local network. It should be a server or another client. Can't you copy the file with Windows Explorer? -
Hello @uturnin900miles, in addition to @Bernys post: You can set DNS resolver in windows adapter settings of 'Kaspersky Security Data Escort Adapter' for IPv4 and IPv6. But unfortunately this does not persist. With every new connection via KSeC Google DNS will be configured again. Unfortunately I have not found a way to prevent this. Please contact the technical support.
