Kaspersky VPN keep loosing conection every 2seconds

HI I have reisntall it i have re boot my desktop . I have it for months . I thought some update will fix it but it does not change. It does not matter which location i use . I have paid extra for VPN and its usless most of the time What can i do ? Thanks
