Kaspersky Safe Kids

Hi, I have KSK premium installed on my child’s Windows 10 laptop. Occasionally KSK does not recognize device activity even when it is being used and connected to the internet. I have disabled antivirus apps on the laptop. And any schedule restrictions i specify do not work. How can I trouble shoot this? Thanks.

After I installing and configuring Kaspersky Safe Kids application, my Windows 10 desktop and taskbar are not showing up anymore, I went through Windows troubleshooting to fix the problem, It’ turned out that is the Safe Kids ‘s fault, I uninstalled and every thing came to normal.

Please try again later. i did not receive any email notification about the scheduled maintenance, and i can’t find any page where i can follow the progress or know how much this will take any help please ?

It’s the most important thing for us as parents; to be able to close social media applications since our kids gets really brainwashed… we bought the premium version… but it doesn’t seems to work on iphones? We have android phones, but the kids have iphones.

Hi, In KSK the parent can add time limits per game (which is good) but I was hoping there's an option to just add a limit to the category 'Games' so it doesn't matter what they play. Limiting every game to 1 hour would mean they game-hop and still play way too long. Is there a way to do this? Am on Win10.

I have just installed safekids premium and want to schedule internet access times for my two girls. They use iphones ( Iphone 6s and SE2020) and i can not choose blocking of internet. I just have the possibility to choose between either “warning” or “statistics”… When customizing the same for the device Laptop , the blocking can be choosen! Whats wrong? in this case the app is useless! Please advise accordingly! thanks Oliver I

Hello, I installed safe kid in my son’s iPad. The iPad is still can be accessible even if it’s exceed their device limit time. I check the monitoring type, and it say “just warning when time limit is reached, the device will not block”. So, how can I change the mode so that device can be blocked. Thank you so much. Hisakazu

Ввожу пин, взятый из письма, получекнного при удалении с Safe Kids из личного кабинета. Сообщает, что это была неудачная попытка ввода пароля № 1 … и так далее. ПРОблема в том, что других PIN-кодов у меня нет. В результате, удалить я ничего не могу и система заблокирована, потому что переустановить это продукт тоже не получается без удаления профиля. Как быть? ЗЫ: Лицензия действуюшяя на Total Security есть, личный кабинет есть, устройство в нем зарегистрировано. PIN-кода рабочего нет и где его взять, непонятно...

Hi, I have a single kid he has two devices; pc and iPad. The Pc is used by his school, and iPad is used for his hobby. I want to setup that game website can be accessible by iPad, but not on Pc. How can I setup? It looks there is no way to prepare 2 different internet setups; one for PC and another for iPad device within single profile. Thanks.

Can you tell me does the time limit on my sons desktop include ‘inactive time’? time when the computer is on but he is not physically using it?? I am wanting a limit on the time he is online, but he says that it is using up that time when he is not using the computer - but leaving it on, is this right, as that doesnt work for us in this case. My child clicks the link to ask permission to allow her use her ‘Settings’ app on her Own device. As the parent I only get notification via report that she tried to open an unforbidden App. When I scroll down to child requests it is blank as would like to give access to this. I’ve ensured that’s all apps are allowable the device. Any suggestions?? On occasion she would like to access Bluetooth allowing her to phone me.

We have been using safekids on my daughters phone for about 1 year, and its been reporting correctly. Today, When I log into my SafeKids account on PC, it shows my daughters mobile has not been online for 1 month. She is using her phone everyday. On her phone, I open safe kids, and safekids is asking me for permissions, like its doing a set up. So basically the app has not been protecting her for 1 month without my knowledge.

Hi, I’ve been using safekids for over 1 year for both my children. Over the past year, Under ‘Web activity monitoring’ I set up lots of configuration for ‘RESTRICTIONS FOR WEBSITE CATEGORIES’ and ‘EXCLUSIONS’. for both children. I have just logged into safekids to find that all these settings and configuration has been lost for both children. So they have access to all the items I have restricted over the past year!!! This is shocking!!! Can you restore all of the lost setting please? I find safekids is very high maintainance for a parental point of view, it really is a terrible product.

Hello, KSK Free for Android connected to home WiFi network with password Signed in to My.Kaspersky.com KSK Applications configured with Settings Forbidden by parent and works fine Months later, replaced router used for home network KSK Free for Android blocked from selecting new WiFi network to enter password in order to connect Signed in to My.Kaspersky.com KSK Applications changed Settings from Forbidden to Allowed by parent Of course, the Android phone with KSK is not connected to the internet, so it cannot find out that KSK Applications configured with Settings set to Allowed. Remain blocked from connecting to WiFi network. How do I get out of this conundrum? John

I am in the trial period of Safe Kids premium. Q.1 I found that the safe kids apps in my kid's device will be automatically turned off everyday. Every day when I want to check the device in my office, I found that there is "No information on device use" . When I check my kid's device after work, I found that the apps is turned off in "Setting" and need to turn it on again. However, the apps is turned off again on the next day….. Q.2 Is the apps using US time zone or it will change according to the location of the device?

Hi, is it possible to block a website category based on a schedule? For example, I want to block the computer game category during school hours only.

I've set Kaspersky Parental Control to block every website except for a few exclusions. I've discovered that it's not working because it is only able to block HTTP websites and not HTTPS. How can I fix this? Kaspersky Internet Security 19.0.0.1088 Windows 10 64-bit Ethernet connection
