Kaspersky Safe Kids

Hello, After installation of the Safe Kids on the iphone of my Kid, he is not able to open the Whatsapp. Also, it disappeared from the bottom panel of the phone. Can you please advice? I would like my kid to be able to use the Whatsapp. damucka

Trying to unblock a youtube in the exclusion list, but the list has gone empty for both my kids. Neither of them can access youtube as I cannot seem to add it. This has happened before, but eventually hours later started to work again. I’ve got on my desktop n logged onto kaspersky, n noticed it cannot find my kids devices... Why is happening frequently? It’s annoying when it happens especially at the times kids need to access youtube to study for their classwork.

Is it possible to restrict a child’s time on multiple computers using the same child profile? We have several kids and two computers and need to be able to apply their profile restrictions to either device they use. The computers run Windows 10 and each child has an individual account on each computer.

My kids IOS device keep on popping the need to install new Profile. After installing it, then a few days later, the issue pops up again. What’s wrong with Safe Kid?

Hello, Have raised a tachnical request with support and can see similar topics here so wanted to check if anyone in the communiy has a fix for this issue. We have no way to extend childs time without completely turning off Safe kids. My kid has a Mac. I setup the internet websites filters for The “Kaspersky safe kids” . I blocked a few specific websites. But these filters are only working for safari browser. They aren’t working for the chrome browser. Please help.

My child needs to enter a WiFi password to access the internet but kaspersky blocks it. I tried to sign in to the device with my parent account but unable to because these is no Internet access. Is there any other way I can access the device to enter the WiFi password without having Internet access already?

for troubleshooting i disable every single control and option in safe kids except Web activity monitoring but i allow there every single category then i launch portable Microsoft Edge chromium (fresh, no options changed, no extensions) and internet is completely blocked on that browser. if i disable web activity internet is back... i tried 2 kaspersky accounts and its same on both. then i tried same on virtual windows and everything is perfect there what can be wrong with my windows? i suspect something should be wrong in windows internet settings since portable versions uses those settings so i tried to reset this settings but is till doesnot work …

I have blocked my son's laptop begining at 8pm. I have also set his daily limit at 3 hours. I have sat by as he has continued to use the device both when the time has gone past 8pm and after 3 hours. I thought I saw in one of the topics that I have to choose one or the other; I can't both set a time limit and block the device after a certain time. Ok. It is not working consistently. I removed the Kaspersky Kids Safe app from my son's phone, but I don't get the part about the configuration profile. I couldn't get to the screen on the phone where I would put in that pin. What does that do anyway? If I was able to delete the profile and the app, would there be any lingering Kaspersky data on the phone?

How do I get the internet browser to work on the iPad with Kaspersky Kids installed? I've allowed internet browsers in the app settings but it hides all browsers. I tried deleting the Kaspersky profile so I could install the Kaspersky safe browser, but even that disappeared when I reinstalled the profile. How do I fix this?

My child cannot get on to youtube on his phone even though I have allowed www.youtube.com on the internet settings. It may be that it’s an app, but when I check the list of applications for his phone it’s not listed in the dropdown of applications. Is there any way to fix this please?

Dear, I've installen Safe Kids on my sons PC. Roblox started to stop functioning. I'm getting the error: an error occured trying to lunch the game. When I stop Safe Kids for everything works fine again. I can't find any solution in the configurations. Please help me out! Kind regards, Swaq

At home (Home internet) I used my computer to setup Kaspersky kids on my child’s android tablet. I then took my child’s android tablet to my cabin and tried connecting to the cabin internet . When I push setting (to Connect to cabin internet) on the android device it says the Kaspersky logo comes up and says “ using this app is not allowed”. Do I need the original “home” internet to access the account?

I added the website as an allowed website, but when they try to use it, functions are severely restricted and they are unable to click on many links. Hi all, I am getting my kid a new phone. We jump from Android 5.1.1 to 9.0. On the 5.1.1 device we have 2 accounts. The first (smartphone owner) was managed by Google Family Link and the second by Kaspersky Safe Kids. We have been able to switch between the two accounts without problems as long as the time limits on both accounts permitted. This setup was created to run some app under the 2nd user only to block it from accessing private information of the 1st account (Android 5 does not provide blocking access to certain data). The Safe Kids application is limiting the shows that my child can watch. I have turned off age restrictions on the android tablet and it still is not allowing shows under the Netflix Restrictions set. How do I get the limitations removed?

Hello Yesterday I changed my password in Kid Safe area using Firefox from my Windows pc. Password was changed correctly and to be correct I can login but.. 1- if I go here https://my.kaspersky.com/MyKids I receive this message la password è stata modificata. Hallo, Today my son thanked me for adding an extra 8 hours of use time on his PC. I looked at my console and device use settings and it clearly stated 2 hours. I then went to his PC and there the settings also stated 2 hours but the device was not blocked and a side window - hour glass image indicated that he had another 8 hours of use time !!! Does anyone know What is going on?

I have specifically blocked youtube.com and m.youtube.com but my son can still watch the videos. He has noticed that on his android tablet, if he quickly makes the video full screen before the Kapersky block screen appears, he can then watch the video.

I'm using Safe Kids to block my son gaming on the SmartPhone to long each day. I've set a time limit of 4h a day - and the phone currently block at 4 a.m. in the night, because it was just "on". I want my son to keep the phone on, so he can phone and be phoned. But after 4h all application (exept phone, startscreen, ...) are blocked even he didn't use anyone of them. There are also some application I would allow him to use outside the limt (e.g. "learning vocabulary app") Can the allowence be switched from "Phone is 4h running" to "non blocked applications are used 4h"? I have been using Safe Kids for a couple of years now with very few problems but recently two of the profiles have stopped recognised their associated Windows 7 user accounts. I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and keep it as up to date as possible but as it’s an older PC I have deliberately chosen not to upgrade to Windows 10. I know that I could simply recreate new profiles but that would mean recreating all the various custom settings, schedules and exceptions and I would like to avoid that if possible! Plus I don’t want to do that work only for this problem to reoccur.
