I received the following message and don't have blocked Microsoft Office….. Friday, Mar 20, 02:12 PM (time in the child's device time zone) tried to open the forbidden application Microsoft Office. The application category: Communications, the age restriction: 0+. The application was blocked because its use is forbidden How to avoid this in the future? after the 3 email with the same message , the child computer had BLACK screen (allowed only pw). Hi, I am using Kaspersky Safe Kids Premium to manage my kid’s android phone and he seems to have found a loophole that allows him to still watch Youtube and access some web content. I have browsers and YouTube blocked (everything is blocked except communication, email and educational software). He is still able to access Google News Feed and this allows him to watch some YouTube videos and read articles. News Feed seems to bypass both Youtube and Chrome to supply content. After updating a profile for a Windows 10 account on a shared computer. Kaspersky locks the account for up to 30 minutes. How do I avoid this? Also, When associating an account with a profile, Kaspersky is doing something with the password which makes it not work, requiring it to be reset. What’s up?

Hello guys, I have a Google Pixel 3a and and I just installed Kaspersky Safe Kids. Now, wheneverr to make a screenshot (long pressing the power button) or I drop down the notifications, the back screen turns white. Quite annoying actually! Any idea on how to remove that?

I have been using kaspersky for 1 year. It is excellent. But now it is not blocking some apps. Like SwiftKey keyboard etc. My android version is PIE App is up to date. Please fix this. And another problem is when safe kid is on, Google chrome is crashing while using. But when I off safe kid it behaves normally.

Hello, I use SafeKids and renewed my license just 1 week ago. During this I changed my password for my.kaspersky.com. Today I tried to login on my PC and got the message that the login is not possible and I should try again later. Email and password are correct (checked multiple times) and the access with the android app is still possible. Therefore, I wonder if there is a technical problem with the website login? Hi, I am finding Safe kids blocks too much, and I am having to create custom exclusion rules for almost everything. For example, Under ‘RESTRICTIONS FOR WEBSITE CATEGORIES’ I have allowed the catagory ‘Computer games’ however Safe kids blocks; xbox.com origin.com epicgames.com And yet, I have Forbidden Internet Communication, and it allows access to tiktok.com! These are pretty basic failures. I have re-installed the application countless times, on different Android & Win10 devices, due to it losing sync with the account. I have the premium version of SafeKids and am monitoring two devices. Initially when I installed on their phones everything worked well and the phone blocked per the time schedule I have put in. I have a couple of questions: Does SafeKids use Background Data and therefore Data - both kids have pay as you go mobiles so don’t want it to eat up too much of their credit. My son has Safe Kids installed on his Moto G6 with Android 8. When he presses the buttons to make a screenshot the background below the screenshot modal turns white (safe-kids-white), so the resulting screenshot picture is just white too. This doesn’t happen when the app is not installed. He says that when he tries many many times, sometimes it does not happen. Can you tell me how to fix this? Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 running Android version 9. It is running safe kids version 1.24.0.1566. Something about the lock screen control seems to be affecting the notification bar pull down screen. The screen whites out behind the pull down screen and is quite delayed at returning to the app running behind the pull down after the pull down is closed. Is there any way to return this pull down to transparent?

Hi, I'm using KSK on tablet en phone, both android 9, on tablet I can see and change all (give permission of block time) and this work directly on kids devices. On my phone I can see and change also all but the kids devices doesn't respond on my request, working like nothing happens. Any tips how I can solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

Kaspersky for Kids appears to block the Mojang login to the my.minecraft.com site. I tried this with multiple browsers. Messages flash past as the login fails but it appears to be that the authentication token is being blocked, and the user is returned to the login screen as if no login were attempted. This differs from incorrect user/password, which provides a red error box. When I try the login on an adult account on the same machine, it works fine. Works fine on other machines. Only the kid’s accounts on the machine fail. It looks like a cookie is being blocked, either on send or receive. How can I stop this behaviour? Is there a site whitelist?

Once in a while when I make changes to my son’s Kaspersky Safe Kids account settings, it will direct me to uninstall the Kaspersky configuration profile from my son’s ipad and then install the new configuration profile.
