Parental Control not blocking HTTPS websites

I've set Kaspersky Parental Control to block every website except for a few exclusions. I've discovered that it's not working because it is only able to block HTTP websites and not HTTPS. How can I fix this? Kaspersky Internet Security 19.0.0.1088 Windows 10 64-bit Ethernet connection

1. W10 version? build? (to find the information, using Windows "search", type winver a popup will display the required info)
2. KIS 19.0.0.1088 patch(x)? x=letter
3. KIS free? or licensed? (see note, at the end of my reply)
4. What browser(s) & version, are installed and being used please?
5. So I can test the issue, could you please write several (https) urls (that are not being blocked) to a text file, upload the file, using the "upload" icon, in your reply please?

interesting - 

i have it working with HTTPS, and that’s completely ok.

however, i’m planning to change my PC soon. So, maybe those points above will help me understand the reason if something goes wrong with kis work.

I am having the same problem...it cannot block facebook.com...even when block all is checked and facebook.com is explicitly forbidden...this is on KSK free (1.0.5.6390), chrome browser (Version 85.0.4183.102 (Official Build) (64-bit))...Any solutions for this?

1. Windows version - 10, 7, 8, something else ?  to find the information, using Windows "search", type winver a popup will display the required info → image 1, the result will look like image 2)

• It’s not necessary to “Block all” & or add any block URLs (facebook) of any kind. 

In RESTRICTIONS FOR WEBSITE CATEGORIES, change Internet communication to Forbidden → see images 1 &2, result = Facebook blocked → image 3 & 4

 

• Also, ensure the KSK version is the latest available → image 5

I restarted laptop and strangely seems to be working fine now so I’m not sure what happened...I hope this doesn’t end up being some kind of intermittent problem.
