My child is doing online school, and any time a parent is not in the room he is off task and doing searches for non-school-related things (like Legos). Is there a way to block him from searching certain terms?

Hi, I newer Android versions it is possible to log in with multiple accounts or guest. If one does so, Safe Kids is easily overridden and ignored:-( Is there any way to fix this? If not, Safe Kids is completely useless for me.

I have three Windows 10 PCs all running Kaspersky Total Security and Kaspersky Safe Kids Premium. On two of the three PCs, the multi-modal scheduling feature is available where I can set both a daily limit and specific downtimes. However, on the third, that option is not available--I can only pick daily limit or downtime, but not both. How is that possible when all three PCs are running the same versions of Windows 10 (v2004), KTS (21.1.15.500 (a0) and KSK (1.0.5.6123 (e))?

We do not recommend installing Kaspersky Safe Kids for Android in the child mode on Oppo devices🤔 Why? Hello @Wesly.Zhang, If you have time please - do you know if there’s anything about Oppo devs that would compromise the functionality of KSK (applied) for child? Please let us know? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳

My iphone app does not seem to be able to control Safe Kids on my kids device. I used to be able to adjust the amount of time they can use their devices from my phone, but now when I make changes on the app they do not register on my child’s devices This seems to have started when I upgraded to the paid version of Safe Kids. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the apps on both parent and kid devices. Iphone is running ios 13.6, kid device is Windows PC running Windows 10. I can work safe kids from the PC itself, but that is frustrating as the only thing I can do is pause safe kids entirely (and the time increments are really not ideal--- either 1 hour or 4 hours??) At…

Device: Moto e5 (XT1920DL) Android 8.1.0 My daughter’s phone is scheduled to block during certain hours of the night. However, during the blocked out hours she can simply press and hold the home button and activate the google assistant and look up anything that is otherwise permitted to her phone, e.g. “search for funny memes” “scroll past pages and pages of images to her hearts content.” She can’t browse from item to item, but she can view the content of anything the search results brings up. In other words, it’s as if her phone is completely unlocked. I’d quantify the effectiveness of the schedule block at 5% effective. I’ve tried forbidding the app, “Settings” and th…

Hi, I'm trying to work out how I give occasional extra time on devices for my child when she earns it. At the moment I have set down-time when her devices will be blocked. However, sometimes things change and I want to temporarily allow her extra time during her normal blocked time. But I want to be able to do this without having to change all those settings back and forth. Is there a feature I'm missing where I can choose “allow an extra 30 minutes, 1 or 2 hours” during blocked times, but it doesn't change all my settings I have now?

I'm using free version of Kaspersky Safe Kids V1.05.4096 (b) on Win7 SP1. I've noticed that device usage time resets after restart of the computer, making this feature useless. After every restart of the computer, KSK pops up a window which states that the whole allocated time for that day is available for use. i.e. the software "forgets" that the computer was previously used on the same day. I cannot find a setting related to this issue, so guess is some unintended behavior or bug. Any solution for this?

It would be more practical to make one time limit for a child that would be applied to any machine the child uses. Now if a child uses several Windows machines, you will have to set up a separate time limit for each machine. This is not practical at all. And if you want to change the screen time limit, you will have to go through each child's profile and set it for each machine in his profile. I have many children and several PC's, and I see how difficult and time consuming it is. Setting one time limit for a day is much more useful. The child can use any machine, but the time he spends on each machine will be counted towards the one time limit.

I have a large family; myself, spouse, and 6 kids. 3 of which have cell phones and the others have various tablets/kindle devices. We also have 4 active desktops because we are gamers. What are suggestions for the amount of device purchases and how does this correspond and/or work with the safe kids program?

After more than 6 months using Kaspersky safe kids I was prompted to change the password on the website. I did change the password and now I can no longer login into the Android App on my phone. When I use my fingerprint to access I get the following message: No se puede continuar No se puede entrar usando el código de acceso Introduzca la contraseña de la cuenta de My Kaspersky (a button to accept appears but it is unclickable) Somehow I’m unable to input the password How can I input the password into the app?
