Hello,
I am having trouble getting an Android tablet to sync and appear on the Kaspersky Cloud dashboard.
A message appears stating:
Unable to synchronize with the management server: error processing commands from the Management Console.
The strange thing is that it shows the old name, which has been deleted from the console and from the “Show marked for deletion” option.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I've tried everything, even factory resetting the tablet.
