This could be a not Kaspersky related or another issue. If you pause protection/exit Kaspersky/uninstall Kaspersky - does it help?

I downloaded and installed MiniTool MovieMaker and got no reproduction of the issue you are describing. Have you disabled "Perform recommended options automatically" in Settings -> General?

If this is the error you have come accross "Web address: www.sd.maisemprego.mte.gov.br Reason: Invalid certificate name." - we are checking, I will keep you informed of the status.

Hi @Plena, can you post a screenshot of the error you are getting?
Add sd.maisemprego.mte.gov.br to exclusions via Settings -> Network settings -> Trusted addresses -> Add, restart browser and check, will it help?

YouTube ads are not always blocked, there is a requirement to improve the blocking of ads in YouTube videos (4748699).

por favor, pruebe los pasos siguientes, ¿le ayudará?
1. Desactive la autodefensa a través de Ajustes -> General
2. Cierre el producto Kaspersky
3. Vaya a la carpeta C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21,3\Report\ y elimine todo el contenido (archivos y carpetas)
4. Inicie el producto Kaspersky
5. Activar la autodefensa
6. Compruebe el problema.- 4

@Ann21, попробуйте сделать сброс настроек браузера:
1. Нажмите → Настройки → Системные.
2. Прокрутите страницу вниз и нажмите Сбросить все настройки.
3. Подтвердите сброс настроек.
Что происходит при сбросе настроек Браузера?
В результате сброса настроек Браузера будут восстановлены исходные настройки:
на Табло — плитки по умолчанию;
в Умной строке — система поиска по умолчанию;
отключены все расширения Браузера;
удалены закрепленные вкладки;
удалены все личные данные.

Yes, because the issue persists after resetting everything and installing Windows from scratch.
When you mention 'screen goes black' what exactly happens? The PC restarts without showing any errors? The screen is black because there is no signal from video card and the display turns off, or it is black because Windows shows black screen?
What is the incident number to Kaspersky technical support?

@Kaliwild, you can check it is installed and running this way:
- open Command Prompt
- run the following command:
sc query klim6
If you see the state as 'running', it means ndis filter is installed and working.

Looks like a hardware issue. You can check by working in Safe Mode for a while, in this mode there is no influence of Kaspersky and the default standard video drivers are loaded.

Hi @1brute, glad to hear that, can you tell us which steps finally fixed it for you?
Hi @mateusz1807, the easiest way to find out is to pause protection, check the issue, if pausing does not help - exit Kaspersky, check the issue, if exiting does not help - uninstall Kaspersky, restart PC. If the issue persists, it is not Kaspersky that causes it.
