Hi @Ronny Sugianto, try this:
1. Disable Self-Defense via Settings -> General
2. Exit Kaspersky product
3. Go to folder C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report\ and delete all the contents (files and folders)
4. Run Kaspersky product
5. Enable Self-Defense
6. Check the issue.-

Да, адресов куча, а проблема может быть общая.
Рекомендую Вам для начала установить пробную версию Kaspersky, обновить базы и выполнить полную проверку компьютера. -
Добрый день,
Возможно, проблема связана с некорректным сертификатом ssl на сайте.
Это не означает, что сайт вредоносный. Администраторам сайта необходимо исправить проблему с сертификатом.

Hi all, the notification appears when the product tries to connect to my.kaspersky.com whilst the network card is not available. This can occur when the PC goes out of sleep or when the network card is turned off by the system to save power. The issue is only cosmetic, as the connection is established successfully on another attempt. In the future version of the product there will not be such a notification as it is excessive and unnecessary.

Попробуйте, пожалуйста, следующее:
1. Перейдите в настройки программы, выберите раздел Общие и уберите галочку с пункта Самозащита.
2. Выгрузите продукт.
3. Откройте путь C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report и удалите все содержимое данной папки.
4. Запустите продукт.
5. Включите Самозащиту.Поможет?
