  1. Hello sand1015, Before you uninstall, create a system image, a restore point and (always) have current backups. Re: uninstall, yes, select KIS from Windows Programs & Features, when the uninstall process runs, it will popup a display with 6 questions, select "save license information", ignore the other questions, allow the uninstall to complete, at the completion, reboot - shutdown the machine. Power on, download the new KIS, install, at the completion, reboot - shutdown the machine. Power on, start KIS, synchronise with your online MyKaspersky account, run a manual database update, allow it to complete, run a manual full scan, allow it to complete. Best regards
  2. Hello makifazder. What happened just before or when Explorer stopped working? What date was that? Is there a reason why Windows is still v 1803? Up until the problem have the Windows updates been happening on a regular basis, automatically? When did you start using Kaspersky software? Please let me know? Thanks.

  8. Hello DigitalMauro, I'm not clear why Thunderbird Update config options are unavailable (for you), can you explain more please & post an image of what you see please? Also, have you gone thru Thunderbird "Troubleshooting Information", processes? If Thunderbird is set to auto-update, KIS Software Updater is not the issue. Please let me know? Thank you

Is MyKaspersky.com the only site that generates "Unable to connect to server" error? Please detail why Mojave was a fresh install? Was Mojave (re)installed/refreshed due to issues? Were you able to log into MyKaspersky.com, before installing or reinstalling Mojave? Has KIS been reinstalled since installing/reinstalling Mojave? If the system is run in Single Usermode, does "Unable to connect to server" error repeat? Has Mac been fully shutdown, powered off/off since installing/reinstalling Mojave? Please let us know?   22. Hello HHH03, Welcome! It's not the .csv, however, Mcafee True Key isn't compatible. Solution, hmmm, (I'd) export Mcafee True Key data to one of the compatible PMs, export .csv from that PM & import the data to KPM (that's my creative solution). Also, just as FYI, free KPM allows for 15 entries, in total, for example, 5 passwords, 5 ID docs, 3 applications, 2 notes. Thank you.

If you wished, you could test, remove the exclusion, see how your KSC behaves... ? Re: WRT❓:wink:, I'll add some finer detail in the next 48hrs. Re: PUP(s), need KSC Report (exported & uploaded) to answer that one! Best regards
