Please let them know and do keep us posted please, as this is a known issue, impacting many folks, we're all "ch :horse:mping at the bit"! & thanks for the screen print, I'm off to :spy_tone3:(d):smile:! Also, if you haven't done a FULL shutdown, (after (d) ), do so, before re-escalating to support, sometimes patch updates work "better" after full shutdown etc. Cheers!

So, thanks for telling me Outlook Exchange (365) , I'll test that. Please tell us: Operating system version, build, release? (refer my original reply) KAV version, build, patch(x) x=letter (refer my original reply) Which Addins are disabled when the crash occurs? Has KAV, just been installed? Have you uninstalled, reinstalled KAV? (using documented procedures). Have you checked Hardware and Software compatibility requirements? (I'd do it for you, but, can't without knowing OS info & KAV info). Can you enable KAV Traces, replicate the issue, turn off Traces and post back the logs? Please let me know? Thanks:pray_tone3:

On Android - KTS, from GooglePlayStore is KIS, there is no KTS for android AND on iOS & MacOS, KTS & Kaspersky Security Cloud install KIS, so we pay for the top shelf product, with all the bells and whistles, and get KIS. Re "FALSE ADVERTISING" - you are 1000% correct! I had this same discussion, in depth, with Kaspersky Technical Support on the weekend, I will pm you the entire transcript, please give me little while to censor my swear words. The "rules" for KPM Master password are: "at least eight characters long and contains uppercase and lowercase letters, digits, and special characters" --- What device operating system, KPM application is installed on? Is this a new error, or, has always been an issue since KPM was installed? Can you show us an image of the error please? Please check: KPM application, is "auto-sync" enabled/on? Firefox: KPM extension, it should be version: 4.1.15. Last Updated June 2, 2019 Chrome: KPM extension, it should be version: 4.1.15 Updated, 27 May 2019 ---- To troubleshoot: ***Check your device is connecting to the internet & there are no network issues*** (1) Google Chrome: ***Export Bookmarks*** Reset Google Chrome - chrome://settings/reset This will reset your startup page, new tab page, search engine and pinned tabs. It will also disable all extensions and clear temporary data like cookies. Your bookmarks, history and saved passwords will not be cleared.   24. Hola gomezgomezjoseluis Gracias por publicar de nuevo! Inicialmente se instaló 2019, la aplicación KIS mostró "actualización disponible", (1) se seleccionó "sí", resultado = error. Kis19 fue desinstalado, (2) KIS20 exe descarga directa, result = error. --- ¿Podría ejecutar los registros de, GSI y Windows los registros subirlos a la nube y volver a publicar el enlace, por favor?
