As you are "experimenting", my suggestion would be to select individual parameters, test each. & As you're building/compiling an app for an android environment, and striking issues with RealTime scanning, if you have licensed Kaspersky software, you may wish to consult Kaspersky Technical Support. Re Yosemite - please check: KIS for Mac - Hardware and software requirements --- For Mojave: If the system is run in Single User mode, does "Unable to connect to server" error repeat, when MyKaspersky is accessed from KIS application. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled KIS, following Install and uninstall KIS for MacOs procedures? If yes, please enable Traces, replicate the issue, turn off Traces, upload Traces using the Upload icon in your reply. Please collect KL Logs Gather tool for Mac OS (OS X), upload logs using the Upload icon in your reply Alternatively, you may wish to consult Kaspersky Technical Support, who will also request traces run when the issue is replicated and logs.   4. You're very welcome madeinlisboa, I'm delighted the mystery is solved. My advice, stay away from Sprites, cute or not:joy: One other thing to check, Android 6 has an inbuilt virus scan application/function, check carefully as it may cause problems with KISA automated scans. Thank you again.

Please download, install & run AIDA64 To run start AIDA64 application select 3 vertical dots (top right hand corner), select Send Report in Email, select Save to Drive, select Save, upload the file and pm the link please? Note, Aida is very safe, does not disclose any personal info. Note1: If you don't use Drive, email the report to yourself, upload to cloud storage of your choice & pm the link. Please post back? Did translucent scrolling up-down rectangle, fake menu icons & sprite preceed Developer Mode being enabled? Can you let me know why Developer Mode/root access was granted ? When DM was activated, what DM features were changed / enabled - please list each one ? Since disabling DM and clearing android cache, has the phone been fully shutdown, if not please do so, if "yes" please clear cache again & reboot the phone - to full shutdown,, again. Regarding (your) KTS and operating system compatibility: On the android, even tho the license is Kaspersky Total Security, the actual software installed is Kaspersky Internet Security. There is no KTS for Android, MacOS & iOS - only KIS. Ditto for Kaspersky Cloud Security, consumers buy, thinking KSCloud will be installed, not so, KIS is the ONLY software that's always installed. :thinking: Best regards.

Hello madeinlisboa, As well as my previous post, if disabling "Developer" mode does not get rid of "translucent scrolling up-down rectangle, fake menu icons & the little sprite: Make sure Developer Mode is disabled, go to Settings, Select CACHED DATA Select CLEAR Shutdown phone, choosing SHUTDOWN, not Restart. Power on phone Recheck issue, fixed? :clap_tone3: Not fixed? :disappointed_relieved:Let me know? Thanks.
  11. Hello flashofquiksilver, Welcome! The short answer is "no". Unfortunately the "recommendation" has no "ignore", "off", "hide" switch. The long answer is Kaspersky are aware of the requirement for ALL "Recommendation(s) / Notifications(s) to have an IGNORE option. ATM, the issue is with the developers. In the interim, we wait. The following may aggravate more than the "organizational" person in you: Kaspersky have advised: "impacted" Kaspersky Subscribers should contact the Lab, one by one & log a "I have a suggestion" request. We say "no", this is a global issue, with a single root cause, "poor product development". The "ignore" option is available for some ""recommendations, the same "ignore" option needs to be applied to all. Could you please post an image of "your" recommendation? I'll add it to the "outstanding" incident request, so the Lab can "tally" the numbers while they "dither". Thank you:pray_tone3:

(see note at the end of my reply) Kaspersky Outlook plugins? version? Outlook full name? version? ---- Please check the Kaspersky Outlook plugin(s), are they enabled? IF "yes" Please check device event application logs - look for any application failures, notably Kaspersky, Outlook, in the time frame the issue began. Please report back with event logs? ---- Possible resolution steps to follow: Uninstall KIS, save "License" information only. Shutdown device using FULL shutdown, (not RESTART) Start device. Login Download fresh KIS installer. Install KIS Shutdown device using FULL shutdown, (not RESTART) Start device. Login. Select KIS application, make sure it starts Run manual database update - allow it to complete Run manual FULL scan - allow it to complete. Start Outlook, check Gmail receiving emails? Working :clap_tone3: Not working?:disappointed_relieved:, please let me know? & reset Outlook (if the function is available) & reset / check the network, including, if necessary reboot router. Please install Mobizen Screen Recorder - capture all the issues: translucent scrolling, sprite, etc., post back please, note: you may need to zip the movie, upload the .zip file. Please disable Developer mode, reboot - FULL shutdown (not restart), recheck, are: translucent scrolling up-down rectangle, fake menu icons & sprite, still presenting? Please let me know? To find the information go to Settings, scroll to the very bottom of the screen, select About or About Device (2) KIS version? To find the information, open KIS application, select 3 horizontal bars in top right corner of the application, scroll to the very bottom of the screen, select About (3) Where was KIS installed from? (4) Has Developer mode been activated? (5) Do you have automatic backups of all critical data, contacts, etc? If not please backup your phone as a first step. (6) Have any Multi-Tasking, Floating functions/settings been activated or enabled? (7) Is the "sprite" this little guy? --- If the translucent rectangle / sprite prevent you from find or accessing any of the above, please let me know? Please post back? Thank you:pray_tone3:.

The popup/notification, "connection to insecure nw", Yep, that's ok, I know. ---- Go to KSC/VPN application, select 3 horizontal bars = Settings screen print every screen after opening KSC/VPN Settings, when you've collected each screen, save them to a folder, zip the folder, upload folder to any cloud storage of your choice, pm link to me please? The "alert" is a poorly worded, misleading and confusing to many. I'll go thru everything with your new information & try to create better guidelines. I need 24 hours to do the work, it's not hard, just "hard to explain." In the meantime, can you please go to: Kaspersky Secure Connection application, capture images of ALL screens, censor any defined network names and post back please OR .zip the images in a folder, upload the folder to cloud and pm the link to me please? Thank you. Note: The TS "response" is completely unacceptable and incompetent.

If the issue has just began, have there been any changes, hardware, software, network, anything at all, in the 24 hrs preceding the issue?   23. Hello CL4, Welcome! Do you mean when you look in KIS Scan window. or KIS Scan Reports/Detailed Reports? Can you show us an image please? To clear KIS "application" history, select "Restore Settings, however this will reset ALL of KIS. To clear KIS Reports, select Reports & Quarantine Settings, select Clear If choosing clear, export the reports you'd like to keep, prior to selecting clear, that way, you still have the history. There is no function/feature to "filter" individual scan history. Thank you KIS Library
