Kaspersky Internet Security

Hi, a few days ago I installed the SurfShark VPN on MacOS. I have the Kaspersky Internet Security but as long as I have turned it on, the VPN cannot connect. If I turn off the KIS, the VPN does connect. Has anyone had this issue?

Will using Kaspersky Security Cloud offer an extra protection if I use it along with Kaspersky Internet Security?

Hi, I have Kaspersky. I’ve run into an issue when it comes to accessing "https://mapgenie.io/tarkov" [Link disabled] as well as a couple other sites, I simply can’t access them and get given an ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR message. this is an issue i’ve tested across chrome, edge & firefox. I’ve tried flushing DNS, changing DNS servers, reinstalling KIS and a few other tricks but non of that works. However when I set the domain to a trusted address in my network settings or simply disable Kaspersky internet secirity i seem to be able to access the sites again. Hello, I was checking my Adguard Home Traffic, and then find out a weird domain called “fun-cc,azurewebsites,net” was trying to connect to the internet from my computer IP. I have blocked the domain, but I still couldn't figure out which software/applications were trying to connect to this domain. I believe it's malware. So with Kaspersky is there any way to check (probably with network monitor or application manager), which application is trying to connect with this specific domain? I am using Kaspersky Version: 21.3.10.391 (g) Windows 11 (Up to Date)

i just installed kaspersky internet securtiy but the statement regarding data processing keeps appearing when window boot. “Accept and connect” button doesn’t give any response but “decline” does. how do i stop it from booting with windows?*

I am a newbie user of KIS license and trial phase of KSK and I am impressed with many of the features of these tools. The password protected feature on the child/client devices is really helpful and makes this a pretty powerful tool. However, when I logged into a Child/Kid’s Windows login/account, I was able to “Remove from Toolbar” the “Kaspersky Protection 2021” extension for FireFox without any major hurdle…. Is there something we could do to prevent a “Standard/Child/Kid” user from removing this extension or password-enable this extension? Thanks for your time and help...

Hello, I've just purchased a new Samsung A52s android phone and I'm looking to upgrade from the pre installed security software. I also have a windows 10 desktop pc with Kaspersky Internet Security, which will shortly require the licence renewing. I'm undecided whether to purchase dedicated android security software for my phone and renew my desktop security, or purchase a product that gives me the same amount of security (or more) for both devices? I've carried out some research but I’m still unsure. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, I have installed using KIS 21.3.10.391 on my windows 10 pro pc. When i am trying to access my nokia router (model G-140W-F) using 192.168.1.1 it takes me to the login page and after successfull login it shows a empty router management page. Issue happens on all browsers. I have tried to add the 192.168.1.1 to list of exclusions in KIS but that does not help I have tried to pause KIS and even that does not help The only way i can successfully access router’s management page is only if i uninstall KIS 21.3.10.391 The went through the below link, it appears this thread talks about simialr issue with no resolution. Today I got the message from Samsung magician to update to version 7.0.1 which I did. 1 Minute later kaspersky send me this: PDM:Trojan.Win32.Generic Trojaner Hoch Genau samsung_magician_installer.exe samsung_magician_installer.exe c:\programdata\samsung\samsung magician\site link is this a false positive or was it a real trojan? Ever since Windows Store was udpated to its Win11 equivalent with a bunch of updates for pre-installed apps, this component of desktop app installer gets categorized as restricted because its signature can’t be verified. I’m apparently not the only one with this issue because every version of this file released since is classed 100% restricted at the KSN. Is this issue at Microsoft’s end or Kaspersky’s? KIS 21.3.10.391(g), Windows 10.

I am a German using the English(USA, INTERNATIONAL) Keyboardlayout. So for my language i need to write the big letter Ö (by pressing “shift + alt gr + P”. But thanks to KIS it opens the keyboard overlay. After i found the setting to deactivate it, it still doesn’t work. It wont open the screen keyboard but it wont allow me to write the letter either. When i close Kaspersky through the taskmanager however my shortcut works… Please help

The technical support for UK users redirects https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c to https://support.kaspersky.co.uk/b2c/GB which instead of the previous incident report system has a dreadful supposed AI Assistant called Peter plus chat and phone. Even the “Support” option in my.kaspersky.com redirects to this poor replacements. Who made the idiotic decision to scrap the incident report system for UK users, who now have to use a VPN, for example setting the location to USA, to get anything near a decent incident report system. Thank goodness there are other solutions out there.
