i was have anti virus internet security but i deleted that email

Log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in the Activation & license issues, Lost activation code template. In the request details, include:

  • The date of the purchase.
  • Your full name.
  • The e-mail address that you used for the purchase.
  • Screen print of the payment thru your bank account.
  • Details of the problem.
