I downloaded Kaspersky anti virus recently in my phone. Then I learned that the new dark mode version of WhatsApp has been launched. So I update my android version from Oreo to Pie as WhatsApp dark mode is applicable for Pie version and its upper version. So I am thinking that, if Kaspersky can protect or not the pie version as pie version is full of bugs. Can anyone give the proper answer?

Hello, For a couple of months iTunes accepts to move my iTunes Media folder, but it goes back to its previous location every time I reopen the app. I tried to delete the old one but it is automatically recreated when I reopen the app. I phoned Apple who passed the buck to a third party application so I was just wondering if Kaspersky could be the culprit. I use Raisonance RIDE for compiler embedded C code for STM32 microcontrollers. With Kaspersky running (version 20.0.14.1085 g), RIDE will no longer compile or link any code. Also, I cannot save any file changes. If I temporarily pause protection, RIDE works fine. I’ve tried adding exclusions and disabling certain protection individually (file, web, system, etc) but cannot find any combination that works other than pausing the whole Kaspersky protection. Something has obviously recently changed as this application (RIDE) used to work fine.

Hi, I have problem with my Kaspersky Internet Security. If i want to instal new database update or if i want to log in my Kaspersky account the application show me Error message with text (Picture1): “ Connection problem: Connection to My Kaspersky isnt available. Try it again later.” I rly dont know what should i do. Similar problem is in Database and application module update. Hi there, I installed Kaspersky from the official site a few days ago. When I looked at the digital signature, it was signed with a certificate under the name Kaspersky Lab JSC. I am a little confused because the old certificates only said Kaspersky Lab. What does JSC mean and is the certificate secure? Best regards

I have my own domain imap.xyz.com which redirects to our email hosting service provider imap.abc.com Kaspersky gives error saying that the domain mentioned in the certificate (imap.abc.com) does not match the url (imap.xyz.com). How can I create an exclusion for the same?

Hi, I have a .local domain in my house with a lot of computers on it running various services. Most of these services are accessed over https and they have self signed certificates. I would like to exclude anything on my terrapin.local domain from producing untrusted certificate errors. I have looked at manage applications and edge chromium, my browser, exclusions and do not scan, however that requires an IP address and I have my own DNS servers and domain names, so I do not use IP addresses, I would just like to exclude everything with dns sufficx .terrapin.local - is it possible, or can I make a suggestion that it should be possible? I reinstalled my OS and forgot to backup everything, my Kasperksy settings being one. I had the ports 26900-26905 added as a “Allow” packet rule under the protocol “All” before the re-installation and it worked perfectly; now I can’t remember nor find the solution as to how to put the port range correctly in the “Remote addresses” box. I’m a developer and trying to get my nodejs backend website working on localhost:port, however i keep having kaspersky block the localhost address. how can i get this thing working without having to stop protection completely from kaspersky. Google search on this thing did not get me any real solution and this is getting to be really frustrating and pushing me my protection completely.

Two times I face the same issue. First time I restrore laptop and install kapersky with activation code. Unfortunatealy I face the same issue after two month. situation is same. So, I opted for Kaspersky Internet Security and paid with my debit card but then the site showed some error so i tried with another debit card and it still showed error but the activation code came to my email later. The problem is the amount has been debited from both debit cards and therefore i have been charged twice while receiving activation code for only one.
