I have installed İnternet Security on two MacBooks - first one doesn’t scan. second one just shows “Starting...” and doesn’t go anywhere. I want to make sure the entire program is removed - is there a Utility/Tool to do this? I posted 2 support tickets - July 9th and July 13th.. and have not received any response from tech support. Help would be appreciated.

Hello everyone, Suddenly I cannot download any kind of file from the internet, neither with Chrome nor with Internet explorer. A message shows up saying the antivirus check couldn't be carried out and so the download has been blocked. I've tried to restore KIS factory settings but nothing's changed. Help me please!

my kaspersky recently updated to 2021 version i had to uninstall it and reinstall the 2020 version (20.0.14.1085) as the 2021 version kept crashing my laptop. How do i opt out so it doesnt automatically update to the 2021 version.

Hi all, I’m set PW for protect KIS, but I meet taskbar icon can pass PW stop or end KIS. I have two device install KIS, the same config import, still have problem.

In KIS 21.1.15.500, reports are more difficult to understand than in KIS 2020, where they were read clearly. I can’t access to the forum.kaspersky.com, whatever links I found on the Google, it leads me to one “messenger-like” website, which functions there are more like to make friends and chat? But I am not there to chat. I am there to find a solution to my problem, I am there to read the posts from the forum. I thought I was been hacked but then I noticed a link from the formal kaspersky website that introduce people to the kaspersky funclub page. Why I can’t browse any forum post of kaspersky? Why the page always direct me to this kaspersky funclub that literally has nothing in it?

Hi. I'm having a problem trying to install KIS 2019 on Windows 7 Pro 64bit. I have removed previous Avast Antivirus using removal tool, ran Ccleaner, Cleaned temp files, reset Internet Explorer settings, Have .Net Framework 4.5 installed but still no joy. Download startup.exe from Kaspersky Website. Ran Installation, Accept all terms but as soon as it switches to downloading it gives me Unknown Error! then forces me to close. Any suggestions?

KIS pushed version21.1.15.500 to me 9/8/2020. This AM pushed ver. 21.1.15.500 (b) to me. Ever since computer has been wonky. Firefox/IE browsers freeze, say I don’t have internet connection (though I do) have to close/reopen to continue; often have to re-boot machine to continue. Happening ever since push of version 9/8/202. Anyone?

Is this a joke? I have paid for license to use this software (Kaspersky Internet Security) and you are constantly annoying me with popups like “ENABLE VIRTUALIZION!”, “USE OUR THE BEST IN THE WORLD PASSWORD MANAGER”. Paid version looks like free version with ads.

Hi , I have a problem , after the k- build of KIS 2020 google maps stops working .Is unable to load the maps or the page and the only thing that seems to work is to close KIS .I am running Windows 10 and google chrome .

Hi everyone, i’ve been downgrade from latest Kasper Internet to version 18.0.0.405 because its works fine on my computer.. so this release takes the same database updates as KIS 2021 and for when it will stop takes new updates. Thanks.

I get the usual webcam blocking notification when loading websites in Safari, but when going to banking and other safe money enabled websites, the slider notification doesn’t come out anymore to verify the legitimacy? nothing happens. This issue first occurred when Installed KIS 2020 with Safari extension, then it started working, now it’s failing again? I restarted Mac, cleared cache, rebooted both safari and KIS, but it did not solve the issue. Thanks for help. I know some people hate those sliding notifications, but they give me peace of mind.
