Kaspersky Internet Security

Hi, Today, I use Delphi XE3 to develop a small test program which uses TIdHttp VCL control. After compiling the program, my Kaspersky reports the compiled EXE file as a virus HEUR:Trojan.Win32.Agent.gen . I make some more tests, and find as long as the program uses TIdHttp VCL control, the compiled EXE will always be reported as a virus. I belive this should be a false positive report. Has anyone else notice such a problem? And how to solve the problem?

I have Kaspersky installed on my Macbook (OS Catalina 10.15.3). It won’t allow me to use commands such as npm/npx or push/pull from github. It’s very frustrating, and works fine when I close the Kaspersky app. I can’t see anything in the settings that would allow me to change this. Can anyone shed light on how to fix this issue as I don’t want to disable Kaspersky every time I run one of these commands (which is frequently). Thanks!

Hi everyone, i have a samsung Np350V5c laptop, intel i5, windows 7 64bit. I cannot install kaspersky internet security on to it, it freezes when updating and wnt finish the update. Its happened 2 years in a row now. i had another laptop to use but that hit the bucket and i really need to install internet security for work. It installed perfectly fine on my old acer laptop and on the pc and smartphones without a hitch. Has anyone had this problem? its really frustrating when i tried to install it 3 times and the same problem occurs over and over. would really appreciate the help!!!

Tried to update Windows 10 to v 2004 (from v 1909), but it failed and rollbacked. SetupDiag says the problem is from Kaspersky.. Do I need to uninstall it and reinstall after ? Any other workaround? I recently installed Kaspersky Internet Security, but my mac started to work slowly, and finally, none of the web browsers worked. At the begging did not happen that but in a couple of days, the browsers stopped working. So I decided to uninstall Kaspersky. Is there a solution to these issues?.

I’m using MS-Windows and I installed Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware. Then KI notified it prevented MBAMService.exe to access the memory of other processes. (1) Does it mean A-R not working? Despite the notification, A-R is working properly? (2) Is there some procedure to allow A-R? Or KI is not compatible with A-R? --- I don’t install Malwarebytes suit itself. Only A-R. Hi to all, I have a device (a GigE camera) attached to a NIC of my Windows 10 PC, and I don’t need Kaspersky filter driver on it. The filtering slows down dramatically the image transfer, and at high transfer rates, images got lost. Same KIS version, same application on a Windows 7 PC: no issue. I read on some Kaspersky support page that the filter driver is hidden in Windows 10. However I found out how to uninstall it. After that, the camera images transfer functions properly. But I need the filter driver back on the other NIC interfaces, the one connected to the web or a LAN. How can I do that? Stefano P.

Hey, I am using Kaspersky Internet Security 2020 on my Windows 10 laptop for a few months but this week the same program stopped working. I tried reinstalling the program again. It has been installed but no shortcuts created not even in windows start menu but present in Program Files x86 folder. I am using Kis 2020.I sometimes use Kis in interactive mode, I change the tick under “Network access” of “Trusted” group to “?”, so it even asks me if I allow internet connections of the apps in “Trusted” group. This malware got installed on my computer when I installed some cheap antivirus that I have since removed. It is located at C:\Program Files\Appoint2k. There is a file for uinstalling the software, Uninstap.exe. The problem is that when I run it I get a message informing me that it is not compatible with this version of Windows. This malware is highly subversive. I am hoping that the awesome power of Kaspersky can be brought to bear on it with an update. I will try computer repair, but what can they really do?

It seems somehow a firewall packet rule named “Remote Desktop” became inactive itself automatically, is this normal? I’m using KIS 20 0 14 1085 (k) is this because I disabled remote desktop connection from gpedit.msc? I’m using Windows 10 1903 professional, any idea why is that rule turned off itself? As I'm Portuguese and have a license, I uninstalled this version and installed KIS 2020 in Portuguese and inserted my license, which had already been activated on the computer in question. A week ago, KIS 20.0.14.1085 (k) works perfectly with your license. Can I face future problems ? Grettings

My Kaspersky Internet Security expires in another 6 days. It is installed in two devices, in my laptop and android phone. If I renew from my laptop, do I just get an activation code which I should enter in both devices? Or is a new software downloaded? In which case, should I activate from both devices? Or if it is just a new code that I will be getting, after obtaining the activation code, where should I enter it, since the license is still active and will be active for another six days. Should I wait for the current license to expire before activation?

I am using Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) in my Windows 10 laptop. Today, I observed that KIS is not starting automatically on startup and all its option in the windows context menu (the right click menu) have been disabled. When, I started the program from start menu and tried to scan a usb drive, the program started normally but suddenly, in the middle of the scanned process, it stopped abruptly. I purchased kaspersky internet security and on installing on my windows 10 pc, the setup file does not opens. I tried downloading the KIS from from many different websites, the result is same, "The setup file simply does not opens" the system dose not even throws any exception. I scanned the file virus named patcher.exe, and did not detect anything. After that, I thought it was safe, so I copied the patcher to the installation directory and proceeded to patch. And unexpectedly, a new file was created, after I executed patch.exe. Kaspersky has detected the virus. So somone took over "my kaspersky" account. They changed my email address to theirs and now I lost my account. I obviously didn't authorize this. What can I do? I sent an email request to kaspersky but its very difficult to get a real person to help. What should I do?

On my Kaspersky Mobile Internet security I activated the Apps Lock function for Samsung Notes App. Within Samsung Notes I have some lock notes. Whenever the Apps lock is activated for Samsung Notes, I try to open the Samsung Notes and it will ask for pin as unlock of the Samsung Notes Apps. But in Samsung Notes I have individual notes also lock by pin. Once I try to open individual notes Kaspersky will ask for pin again and after successful key-in it will ask again the unlock pin.
