Hi, please can someone help me troubleshoot why Web Anti-Virus is blocking me accessing the management interface of my firewall? When turned off I can connect. I’ve added it to the exclusions - still blocked, added it to Trusted URLs - still blocked. It’s an https://<IP Address> address - untrusted, self signed cert. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi. My old phone is damaged and I had to replace it with a new one. I uninstalled Kaspersky App on the old phone and installed on the new phone. I also removed the old phone from protected devices on My Kaspersky account. I added new phone but I am not sure if it works. It is not protected yet. I don't see any option to click on. Hello, There is a question in my mind which stuck. As you see in attachments, in Kaspersky’s “browser configuration” part, it writes “helps securely configure Internet explorer”. and in “pc cleaner” part, it writes “helps you delete unnecessary applications and inside of it, it says “detect applications and browser extensions that were installed or modified by mistake or without your knowledge.We will help you delete or fix them in order to protect your data”. In browser configuration part ,does Kaspersky only detect in IE or in all browsers? if it detects only in IE, then does this mean that pc cleaner just works for IE? Hello, I was just playing video games when I got a kaspersky prompt to disinfect a file. I saw a file name with the word “trojan” and allowed kaspersky to disinfect and reboot two times without fully reading the prompt (I panicked a bit). I do mod my games every now and then but I am surprised I managed to get some malware despite using sites I thought were safe. Anyways, after it’s all said and done, I reopen kaspersky and start a full scan. In the task manager, I can see “Safe: All Objects Disinfected” and under that it said “1 object disinfected”. Is it possible to lock system apps through Kaspersky App Lock Feature. Like App Install, which will protect installation of new apps.

Why is there no Internet Protection for Microsoft Edge in Android Phone. I am using Microsoft Edge in my Android Phone, as it is comfortable and more user friendly than that of Google Chrome and why is the Kaspersky Internet Protection not supporting Microsoft Edge. This limitation was not said to me, as a user, while purchasing the one year subscription kaspersky premium. Is there any alernative work-around for this.

I brought this issue to the attention of Kaspersky support, and they are saying it is “new”. TechSmith Snagit support has referenced the above link and stated it has been going on for quite some time with no resolution that they are aware of. Has anyone else seen this? I am trying to develop applications using react.js. However when I run gulp serve command, the web browser opens and I get an error ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. After spending several days trying different solutions, uninstalling and reinstalling,etc, I found that if I right click on KIS and choose exit and then if I run gulp serve, my application works without any issues. I am able to reproduce this again and again. As soon as I enable KIS and run gulp serve, the application fails. If I exit KIS completely and run gulp serve, my application works. I’m a developer running an application on localhost using HTTPS with a self-signed certificate. When Kaspersky is running I get this issue when trying to reach my application via chrome: I’ve tried adding localhost and 127.0.0.1 to network exclusions and I’ve also tried adding 127.0.0.1 to chrome “Do not scan all traffic” exclusions to no avail. I’m running Windows 10 x64. Please help.

I have registered My Kaspersky account. Through two months I tried to sign in to this, but couldn’t. I didn’t remember my password for 100%, and I decided that I can’t to sign in to my account because password that I enter is wrong. I used ‘Forgot password’ function and created new password. Editor application loads them during work and runs them. So, here is a situation: a well-known, popular and trusted application with digital signatures from a respected developer regularly loads DLLs, that are untrusted, unsigned and are being downloaded from all over the Internet. Hello guys, I have purchased a Kaspersky Internet Security 2020 license for 10 devices. Recently my Windows Home 10 crashed and I had to download Kaspersky Internet Security back. I had already downloaded Kaspersky 8 times for each other device. But now I have downloaded Kaspersky Internet Security twice because the operating system was reinstalled. When I want to test Kaspersky internet security will it ask for my e-mail address or phone number? When I buy a license in an offline shop will it ask for an e-mail address then? I was using AVG but now it wants my name and E-Mail address ones I wanted to renew my license using a license key I bought in offline store. I do not want to do that and would like to test Kaspersky as a possible alternative but will it also need these info in order be tested?
