I had this promblem last time and you can opt out updating to newer version can this be done go this version?? Please check my other post

@J2K90 The setting that you are referring to in your previous Topic isn’t available any more.

how do i resolve this??? I dont want to upgrade to 2021

@J2K90, there is no longer an option to cancel the update. The new version is now installed automatically.
You can express your wish to return this setting by writing a request to technical support.

If i write a request you really think they would make this change for me ??

@J2K90, no. But the more such requests there are, the more likely it will be done.

2021 version kept crashing my laptop.

Additionally, when Kaspersky is crashing it usually creates Log files in folder “Application Data\Kaspersky Lab ?

Hi @J2K90,

Please submit a ticket to technical support via https://my.kaspersky.com to investigate and resolve the issue with laptop crashing.

Igor

  • Solution

Hello @J2K90,

  • In (your) MyKaspersky account, create a request, fill in the template as in our image, provide as much information as possible, include the Log files (requested above), GSI & Windows Logs & include the URL for (your) topic you’ve created here, in the Community.
  • In the Problem description, mention @Igor Kurzin suggested you submit a request.

Thank you🙏
