It doesn’t list all devices in My Kaspersky, but it lists only the computer I log-in, not the total of the devices. For example: when I log-on in my windows computer, it shows only 1 device in My Kaspersky, the same thing when I log-on to my iMac, it shows only 1iMac device in My Kaspersky. Actually, I use it for all 3 devices: Windows, iMac, Android. I thought it should have been listed all 3 devices in My Kaspersky no matter what computer I was using. Please let me know if your My Kaspersky is difference than mine. Thank you, LTL

KISS has recently auto-updated on my computer. My current version is 21.2,16,590. Today I have experienced a BSOD. I was not doing anything special at that time (was using my editor). When the computer came up after the restart, I saw a message from KISS saying something like previous application start was unsuccessful. It has recently finished sending a big dump to your servers. will the 2-licence offer cover a licence for imac and one for windows?

Every time when I am sending an email I get this Kaspersky Internet Security Reason message “This certificate or the certificate chain is built on an untrusted root center”. I must click the continue button on this warning window and the next window for me to confirm this action before my email will be send. I only get this warning messages in KIS. Application version is: 20.0.14.1085 (m) I am using MS Outlook Pro Plus 2019. Where can I change the setting to stop getting this warning messages when sending emails? Thanks

There are two ways a mobile phone can access internet via Wi-Fi via “Mobile data”The double i have is, does “Kaspersky Internet Security for Android” provides a firewall shield for the internet access from “Mobile data”, is there a way to check if it shields ports on the phone? thank you

I have KIS 21.1.15.500 ( c ) installed on my desktop PC its working on Firefox browser but not working at all on Internet explorer or Edge . On Internet explorer it doesnt show when I go to “manage add ons” yet it must be installed to show and work in Firefox. Any idea why it doesnt show in the other browsers ?

I am using Kaspersky Internet Security 2021 trial, I wanted to test it by visiting websites which may be potentially harmful.for hours.Kaspersky gave security alert only 2 times.When I visited similar sites to test another company’s security suite(my subscription with it ended) it was giving so many security alerts,blocking so many of those webpages, for some of them it was saying that the website was in dangerous or potentially dangerous websites list, for some of them it was saying things like the page was trying to inject something... There are several news sites I wish to read but am blocked because of the ad blocker in Kaspersky Internet Security. How do I turn off the ad blocker for specific sites? As an alternative, if I cannot turn of the ad blocker for specific sites, how do I turn the ad blocker completely off? When I go to Settings and turn Protection off I no longer have the problem. However, I don’t want to search the Internet with protection off. So can I turn the ad blocker module off while not turning ALL protection off?

Hi, After automatically updating to KIS 21.2.16.590 about 4 days ago, I started having a problem with PlayStation’s redeem a code page. At first, I thought it was a temporary issue with their website since the PS5 just released a couple of days ago and I just thought their servers are overloaded or something. But today I tried visiting that same page using my Android phone and it worked perfectly (Kaspersky is installed on my phone too). I also asked my friend that has an older KIS version than mine on his PC, and it works fine with him. Hello… I recently switched to mac. The chrome extensions on windows used to work perfectly blocking adds and banners. I had 2 Extensions: “Kaspersky Protection” and “Kaspersky Security”. On mac i can only find one extension “Kaspersky Security” which doesn’t do much. Does anyone know anything about this? Is there an update Thanks

Kaspersky just auto upgraded itself and it installed itself in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab But that’s not where I had my install! Why does it do this?? It should keep my original install location. Now I have to uninstall and reinstall where I want it. So @#$%&$* annoying!!! Why does it do this??

Several months ago I installed KIS for Android v11.57.4.4190 on my Sony Xperia Xa2. I browse the internet using Opera v60.3.3004.55692 with Google as search engine. I’ve scanned All Files with no problems being indicated. KIS had not reported any problems until a couple of days ago when it raised the issue "Internet Protection does not support the default browser." Apparently only KIS on Android, only supports Google Chrome. As far as I can recall I have not changed any settings such Default Browser or Internet Protection, so I'm surprised that this message has appeared only recently. Suggestions welcome!

Just a note, KIS will not load and cannot be installed on MacOS 11.0 Big Sur. I recently became a beta tester and the current beta will not allow KIS to load, nor can you reinstall it. It will not even allow the installer to launch.

When I open a protected browser in KIS Safe Money, I lose functionality in Open Office text documents. All menu bars/options grayed out or missing, unable to scroll without messing up the page completely. Anyone else having this problem? Am using latest build of KIS 2021 21.1.15.500 (c) Thanks, bd

Hello, I need to install Ubuntu as secondary operating system besides Windows 10. Therefore, I need to shrink my C drive partition for around 30-40 GB so I can add new partitions for Ubuntu. However, I‘m encountering an issue where I can only shrink my C partition just under 1 GB as seen below: Just under 1 GB of available space to shrink partition Then I opened the defrag event logs in Event Viewer to see what caused the issue. I purchased a new code as my current one was about to expire and entered it into the app on my Win 10 Pro laptop thinking it would auto activate when the the current one expired as this is what the app claimed would happen, i checked today to confirm it had activated but it says there is an activation error and to activate manually i tried this but it still gives a “ you have used this code too many times error “, i have checked on My Kaspersky and it shows the license as active but no devices to send it to, the laptop is listed but again says activation error i have contacted support and received an auto reply but nothing from support yet, i did as requested and replied …

Hi, all Using Firefox to access Youtube was conflicted with Kaspersky like image shown, it just keep infinitely loading. Also, i tried to uninstall KIS to try and error , and Youtube works perfectly. So, my decision is Kaspersky was blocked Firefox`s Youtube for loading, Watching and comment function in youtube is okay, no problem so far.
